We recently put in an offer at a very old house in the Berkshires, which I would not know how to evaluate. Peter was wonderful the whole way through. Booking was dead simple on his website, he confirmed the day before, and was responsive before the inspection. Day of, he realized the water test I ordered was not necessary and proactively refunded it. During the inspection process he patiently explained everything that was going on, pointed out the issues, and helpfully answered all of my city boy questions. Wonderful help from Peter, and I would highly recommend working with him!

Peter was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the issues within the property to me, and what it would take to fix them. I set up the appointment online which was very convenient, and got a response within the hour. After the inspection I got the report before he even left the property and he has had great communication with the follow up, asking if I have any questions. I would highly recommend him for home inspections and will be using his services in the future if needed.

It was easy to work with Mr. Field who was on time and ready to go for our home inspection. He was in contact before the appointment to confirm and right after to address any questions or concerns. He has an easy to use website with all the necessary information.
He took his time inspecting the property and offered several times to answer any questions as they came up. He also suggested bringing a pen and paper for note taking which was helpful. The inspection report and radon test were delivered faster than expected and came with photos, suggestions and resources.
