I had an excellent experience getting a mani-pedi at Lavish! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and it is a beautiful space. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and did an amazing job with my nails. My gel manicure came out perfectly thanks to Ruby's eye for detail! I also definitely recommend splurging for a pedicure upgrade because the massage treatment about put me to sleep it was so good! I will definitely be back in the future!

Nail technician was really rude, did a sloppy job and didn’t clean the polish off my skin when she was done. She filed one nail so short it hurts and she sliced my other finger. I will say that my friends like this place - they had a nice technician and their nails looked good, but unfortunately I did not have the same experience.

I took my 5 year old daughter here to have her nails polished. The nail tech was VERY RUDE, she grabbed my little ones hand multiple times and was very forceful with her. Needless to say due to the unpleasantness of the nail tech we left and went to another nail salon. This salon has lost a customer for good! There are many nail salons to choose from in Holly Springs….please be careful with choosing this one.

It was my go-to nail place for a long time but I won’t be coming back. They messed up my pedicure twice. After coming home I noticed the paint was not perfect.
The dip powder was chipping off after only a week.
Also, it cost me an ingrown nails.
The technicians were rushing which made the whole experience not relaxing at all.
They burned my fingers with aceton and didn’t want to take the gloves off even though I asked. I had to ask twice and firmly told them it hurts and i want it off.
It used to be a great place but not anymore.

I had an amazing experience! My nail tech Michael, did an amazing job communicating with me did a great job helping me choose my color, I definitely recommend him, I will be going back to him. Could not have asked for better service from Micheal! Although I was with friends and they had some issues, they both had chunky nails with the wrong color am started bleeding from getting cut. There were also some flies, but overall I had an AMAZING experience. If you go, go to Micheal, he is great!

My first experience was really great here, I dont remember the girls name she did my nails and I loved it, SNS! She was young and spoke Spanish and great English acutally... I brought my 2 daughters last week and i had Michelle do our pedicures and my eye brow wax. She kept asking if I wanted to do my nails I said no several times then I said yes after my wax then she told me she had an appointment and to come another day. I asked her not to make my brows too thin and I walked out with them thin to my disappointment. So I came back and asked for her today. Tony told me to wait 30 minutes then told

Literally the best nail experience I’ve had in my 20+ years of getting them done. My daughter was a customer here before I was and Michael took such good care of her. So much so that I switched over from my previous nail tech. You will not be disappointed. Even after a couple of weeks nails hold up very well.

Consistently AWESOME! I cannot say enough good things about Lavish and it’s entire staff!!! I’ve been coming since they opened and I won’t go anywhere else! Ever again! Cindy is my favorite manicurist even though my experience with others has been excellent as well. Love the restful and gorgeous environment, their menu of services and treatment of clients. Once you register your phone number you’ll receive discounts and free offers but no spam. I have never been thrown a meaningless hi and told to pick a color and wait. Upscale treatment and services with reasonable and affordable prices
