I've made 2 appointments in the last week that they have managed to mess up.. I did not get a confirmation call/text/email so I called to check in on my appointment time and they didn't have me down for an appointment at all!
This has happened twice!
I'm over it and I'm going to find somewhere else that can keep there appointments & schedule accordingly.

This is by far one of the best locations I have ever found in the bay area!!!
The staff is beyond kind and so incredibly friendly. I met them through a living social coupon about a year ago and have never gone anywhere else since then.
They will bend over backwards to make sure that you're happy but at the same time will give you a fair and honest opinion. Elizabeth is there to help you, not just figure out the most expensive treatment or ideas to make money. It's difficult to find honest and good businesses like this these days.
I have had Botox done with them as well as Dermapen

Elizabeth and her staff at Essential Bella are very professional and welcoming! I received the referral from my girlfriend and owe her a few cocktails for it!! Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and personable. She took her time and after my appointment, I felt like I knew her and her staff for years. I look forward to my next visit in a few weeks!! I had microdermabrasion here that I bought through a Groupon. Overall it was ok, I had better facials in the past (and worse ones as well). My nose and forehead were red for about two days afterwards so I was not that happy about that. Customer service was ok, The aesthetician didn't introduce herself until I asked for her name at the end of the procedure. But everyone was quite friendly otherwise. Overall I don't think I will go back, I just had significantly better experiences elsewhere

I had an appointment scheduled later in the week, however was going to have to reschedule. I called this morning, and they were able to fit me in at lunch time. I figured that my appointment would have been rushed due to being "squeezed" in between appointments; however Elizabeth sat with me, answered all of my questions, and never rushing my appointment. She was knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I found Essential Bella by way of Groupon, what stroke of luck! I tried it once with the groupon and bought a full package to continue with this service. Elizabeth is very professional and knowledgeable as well as fully vested in the outcome of my treatment. I used to have large pores due to acne problem during puberty. Visiting essential bella for chemical peel and diamond peel has greatly improved my skin condition. Elizabeth is a very skillful and experienced nurse I completly trust to. I have finished several times of chemical peel and a couple times of diamond peel all suggest by Elizabeth. Also her daily skincare products work perfectly to my skin that I will def keep using.
