She came and helps her a lot and around the time I was recommended to come here, there was an amazing deal going on. I also have PCOS but not severe as my friends cousin does. It's embarrassing when unwanted hair goes in places a woman wouldn't think of having to worry about. I was skeptical at first because nothing was helping me! I set up my sessions and it's worked wonders! The last time I went in was July 2021 and I just had my appointment today (1/8/2022

Came to this place late year, being a med spa it was open.
Almost at the end of my laser treatment and it has been amazing in terms of both results and service.
I was very concerned since I have multiple skin tones on my arms and legs, but no side effects!
Also had a couple of hydrofacials done, and my skin has never been better!
Would highly recommend!

Today I went into the spa not knowing what I needed. I was greeted by Nazo who was very pleasant. Shereen greeted me with a beautiful smile (her smile really came through her eyes cause she was masked ) and inviting nature. She sat down and listened to my concerns. I went with the hydrofacial because it addressed everything I needed. My experience was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the process and just wanted to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I've been coming to this Med spa for about 2 years now and Nazo's office is extremely clean and beautifully designed, they follow all the healthcare guidelines and take precautionary measures especially during covid. Nazo herself is professional and kind, everyone that works there is nice and friendly. They offer a variety of treatments and their laser hair removal works really well, I've gotten great results so far better than any other place for laser. Cam and Jaliza are great and very detail oriented when it comes to doing their job. I definitely recommend this spot.

This was my first micro needling treatment and I am very happy with the experience at Velvet Med Spa. I am trying to reduce some scars and wrinkles and I am very optimistic after this first session because it was virtually painless and my skin is healing exactly as I was told it would. I am excited to do more treatments because it was such a great first time experience and I want the best possible results (6 sessions I think) and maybe I'll get more things done too .

First yelp review. Normally I don't write reviews. I went here for Microneeding with PRP and I would not return. Nazo was accommodating and the place was clean. But, unfortunately, the nurse didn't seem to be experienced or professional. She had to poke three times to get blood (No other medical professionals had an issue to find my vein for the entire of my life). The Microneeding device was broken during the procedure and she didn't bother to explain or comfort me. Importantly, after three weeks, I don't see any improvement. Didn't work for me. While I completely understand that there is no guarantee in medical procedures, my frustration lies in the different nurses that performed my sessions of laser hair removal. Every time I came in, I told them I was not seeing any results and I did not feel anything. Like 0/10 pain. It wasn't until my second to last session that I saw an Asian nurse who increased the power settings, acknowledging that I am Asian, have thicker and darker hair so I need more power. Finally someone addressed what I had been trying to communicate during each session! But it was too late

Today was my first time at Velvet Med Spa and it was really great! I had Voluma filler in my temples and botox in my upper brow and forehead.
First of all, everyone was super nice and professional. Cam explained the procedures to me so that I felt completely comfortable and well informed.
I also found out my Alle program points transferred over from my old med spa, so that was awesome!
Pricing was really reasonable! And the best part was it barely

I love this place, just finished my second session and I've seen results. I've always had a problem with my side burns/neck. And omg, everyone can see the difference as well.
The staff is very nice and friendly, they follow COVID guidelines very well so the place is very clean and they don't have more than one person at a time. Everyone is very nice. I love coming here.

Visited Nazo and Velvet MD for the first time today. The office environment is light and very comfortable. Nazo is so nice and professional.
I worked with Gina in lip injections and she was amazing!! The right amount of filler for a very pretty and natural look. She was great in her technic of diminishing my "smoker upper lip" and added just a touch of filler to my lips.
I love my overall natural look and feel so comfortable with Gina and Nazo. Great pricing too!

This review is a bit overdue as I was blown away by the customer service here the first time I even called to inquire. I wanted to laser because I was tired of getting in grown hairs. Shaving was really annoying too as I'm sure most ppl know, LOL. Velvet had the best price compared to all the other salons I called. Naturally I was drawn to the competitive prices, but stayed because of the AMAZING customer service, I swear!!

I love coming to Velvet Med Spa for receiving treatments! As a college student, Nazo is very helpful with letting customers in on deals and lowered prices for laser hair removal sessions. The medical staff are also extremely knowledgable on easing my concerns and making sure I am comfortable and happy.

This is honestly the best place to go for hair removal. I've seen so much progress just within 3 sessions. Its not painful at all and the pricing is very reasonable for the results you recieve. The nurses and Nazy are so sweet and make me feel so comfortable. Definitely reccomend it to all my family and friends!

Nazo and her staff were very helpful and understanding in assisting me with my laser hair removal. She helped me evaluate my skin type, hair type, and other factors (like age, growth pattern, etc) to customize my treatment and optimize my results - and it really worked! I've had other laser treatments in the past at other places that were not as successful because these factors were not considered. The folks at Velvet Med Spa really know what they're doing.

Highly recommend for laser hair removal! I have had 3-4 treatments so far (face & underarms) and I have seem amazing results already without any scarring/blemishes/burns. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly and educated on laser hair removal, and the scheduling is very accommodating.

First, I will say Nazo and Kathy are so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They really make you feel comfortable. I've had two micro-needling appointments so far and LOVE the results. I haven't been wearing any foundation since I've had the second one done. I feel like I look younger than I did when I was 18. A few friends have said that my skin looks like porcelain.
Regarding the actual micro-needling, they start out with putting numbing cream on your face for about 30 mins, so make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time. My experience has not been painful

I was out of town for a while but when I returned, Kathy did my treatment and was very sweet, informative & attentive! If you've never gotten laser before she will definitely make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
The lobby + office space is very clean, fresh, and modern (as pictured)
And checking in with Nazo is always a positive experience. She is very kind, personable, and efficient. Whenever I am early waiting in the lobby I can't help but notice how on top of everything she is.

I’ve been here a few times and I love it. It’s one of my favorite med spas that I’ve been to for treatments. All the ladies working are so nice and welcoming. And they get the job done quickly without wasting any unnecessary time. Did I mention the prices are like unbeatable for these services? I have been looking for a good laser hair removal place near me after an unsuccessful treatment at my old laser hair removal place. The laser machine they use at Velvet Med Spa is so convenient and effective, and I’m already seeing amazing results. The customer service here is amazing and I highly recommend coming here if you’re thinking about getting laser hair removal.
