At Quality Rehab Solutions, we are committed to providing you with high quality and effective physical therapy treatment. Our experienced therapist will perform an evaluation and will work with you to establish goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We pride ourselves on our compassionate, collaborative care.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accept most major insurances including: Medicare, Tricare, Veterans Choice, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Humana, Cigna and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance company regarding your physical therapy benefits, authorization and referral requirements, deductible, coinsurance and copays and limits on number of visits per year.
I went to Quality Rehab Solutions specifically to work with Ashley Nishimura. I was having trouble with my elbow and had a competition coming up. I am an athlete competing for Team USA and was looking to secure a spot on the National Team. With Ashley's help and guidance I was able to not only able to compete again in time, but excel and make the team.

I would very much like to know why my partner came in for therapy today and because of the shirt he was wearing the very large therapist made a comment "you neck wouldn't hurt if you didn't drink so much" Not only was this an incorrect assumption as my partner does not drink but unsolicited advice and incredibly unprofessional. As a medical facility you should be more conscious about how you talk to your patients, especially your veteran patients.
