We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn’t be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed. Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn’t need replacing. Came out to repair our dryer vent which had been double covered by mistake when our house was built. The tech was very professional and friendly, and repaired the vent quickly. He then took the time to take pictures of the work and explain what had happened and how the fixed it. Great experience.
