It's important to have your heat pump on a Maintenance plan with service at least every year. Inspect electric terminals, and, if necessary, clean and tighten connections, and apply non conductive coating. Verify correct electric control, making sure that heating is locked out when the thermostat calls for cooling and vice versa.

Excellent service! Our techs, Mike and John, showed up on time, were very professional and helpful. They quickly installed our new thermostat, made sure our system was working properly, and helped with setup of the associated app. Communication from setting up the service call to final installation was outstanding. We would most definitely contact Above All Air again for any of our HVAC work.

Our air condition tubes leaked. The whole unit was replaced the next day. I am not sure if they are the cheapest, but the prices for the replacement were comparable to others. The biggest factor for me was being able to talk to the same person throughout the process who also made me feel that he was personally responsible if I had any questions, concerns, or problems. I would definitely do business with John again and have recommended him to family who had issues with their ac system.

Reliable and honest is the best way to describe this company. I received an estimate immediately after requesting one online, and setting up the appointment was easy. Chris, the technician, was friendly and very mindful to not leave a scratch on my wall around the work area. He let me know what needed to be repaired immediately and what I could do later to enhance my ac system. This is important because when it comes to repairs, I'm highly suspect of people trying to sell something that isn't urgent or needed. Chris was very thorough in explaining things in a way that was easy to understand

Above All Air came out to fix my AC unit, they were the third company I had called. I had already spent $500 on repairs that did not fix my AC unit. John with Above All did a very thorough inspection and told me that based on the age of my unit, they could do a few repairs but they would all be temporary fixes. After I decided to replace the unit they were back the very next day and replaced my entire system for a very reasonable price. They were professional and thorough and clean. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Worse possible scenario getting a message from your wife that the AC isn’t working while your not home. AC set to cool but was 83° & rising. Got so hot inside my little guy and wife had to cool down in her car, I definitely panicked as it was almost 5 right before the holiday weekend and I was on the road! Thankfully I gave Above All Air a call after several other services sent me straight to their calling service. The guys got there crazy fast & went straight to work. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they not only identified the problem but fixed it onsite also. I was already looking

This is a good company. They came out the same day I called for an appointment ." Andy" was a friendly technician and gave us excellent service. He was transparent with his evaluation of my 2002 AC system. He was never pushy with what I didn't need! He diagnosed and fixed the problem ( low refrigerant) and left a reasonable bill to boot. I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent and honest service. I will definitely be using them again if I need any future repairs. Andy was very knowledgeable about the ac unit and explained everything he was doing as I observed the repaired process. They do not charge a diagnostic fee which is a plus in comparison to the other companies. I got quoted from champion ac and they wanted to charge me way more than what I was expecting. Don’t hesitate, call them first!

We just had to replace our upstairs unit which sucks but we continue to have great experiences with this company. They are prompt, fairly priced, and don't try to up-sell you. The unit needed a few minor tweaks days following and the company came out same day, fixed the concerns, no charge. Love dealing with a company like this. The technician, Andy, assisted us and was super helpful. They also installed our AC at our previous house. We will continue to work with them for HVAC needs

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I have used this company twice now to install new AC units in different homes and each time they do not disappoint. After install they've returned without question for any minor adjustments needed and always with a smile. They're pricing and customer service is unbeatable.
