My name is Ron Pritiskutch and in early 2019 my wife and I took over the company. Work experience includes residential building, remodeling, and industrial facilities with assignments throughout the United States and abroad. Inspection experience includes valuation of homes and outbuildings damaged by hurricane and wildfire. Passed the National Home Inspector Examination and hold an Oregon Specialty Contractor and Certified Home Inspector license.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, are a property manager or a lender, knowing the condition of the home puts you in control, protects you and can help determine its value. We do home inspections for buyers as part of the purchase agreement, for sellers who are proactive before listing their home for sale, verification of repairs, one year warranty inspections, and for builders, property managers and lenders.
The price of a home inspection is based on the size and age of the home and starts at $450 for a home up to 2000 square feet. For a home between 2000 and 3500 square feet, $25 is added to the price for every 300 square feet. If the home is older than 40 years, $50 is added to the price.
If the home is larger than 3500 square feet, or for a duplex, multi-family home, or for an inspection outside the tri-county area of central Oregon, please call or send us an email for a price.When included with the home inspection, the price for most outbuildings falls within $75-$150 but can vary based on size and features.

I have had the pleasure of having Ron do all the home inspections for our clients the past few years. He is my go to inspector for many reasons. Ron was a real professional!!!! His inspection report was was thorough and I was happily surprised with the level of detail. I feel confident he found all the issues with our potential new home! I had an excellent experience using Crestview for my home inspection. Ron is very knowledgeable and professional, willing to take the time/care when explaining what he is looking for and why. I scheduled my inspection out a few months, Ron checked in with me several times to make sure we were still on. After the inspection his writeup was very thorough and even called me to see if I had any further questions.

Ron provided a home inspection that exceeded my expectations. He arrived exactly on schedule and was very good about making sure that his inspection covered only what I needed. Ron was the most thorough home inspector I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He discovered an issue with the exterior siding that previous inspectors missed and the issue was resolved by the builder after the builder reviewed the inspection report. Ron followed up with me several times after he delivered the report to check on the siding repair progress. This impressive follow up after the transaction was complete is unheard of in the home inspection industry and much appreciated.
