Services
Adena Certified Inspections specializes in pre-sale home inspections. A home inspection is a limited visual inspection of the components of a home. The examination is non-invasive, meaning that no destructive discovery is done and no furniture or stored items are moved during the inspection.

Some of the areas inspected include: roof, attic, exterior, foundation, rooms, site grade, electrical, heating system, plumbing system and the sub-floor crawl space.A written report is generated directly after the inspection and will be available as a print or digital format (print requires a fee).
Whether you're a first time home buyer or an experienced real estate investor, a pre-purchase home inspection is valuable tool that can help you make the right investment. A home inspection is a limited visual inspection of the components of a home. Some of the areas inspected include the roof, attic, exterior, foundation, electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
Adena Certified Inspections will have your report available via email the night of the inspection. A hard copy of the report is also available for an additional fee of $25. Home Inspectors are not code compliance Inspectors. However, Adena Certified Inspections will include in the report recommendations for conditions and safety issues observed during the inspection.
A quality home inspection requires time and expertise, but there are certain components of a home that you don't necessarily need to hire a professional to inspect. Several components that you may want to know how to inspect on your own include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and backflow presenters.
