Riley performed an incredibly thorough inspection of the home we were buying and provided us with an easy-to-understand home inspection report. He also took the time to explain his findings to us in detail. If it weren't for him we would not have discovered a serious and costly problem with the home before purchase. He saved us a bunch of money… by paying close attention to the details. He even came back out to the home to further investigate the issue and ended up finding a major water problem that we never would have known existed.
