Services
At Kingston Animal Hospital, we strive to provide the very best veterinary care for dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets and exotics. Our practice is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Practices that are AAHA Member Facilities must first voluntarily meet extremely rigorous standards set forth by the association for both the facility as well as the professional care its doctors and staff provide.
Founded in the autumn of 1947 by Dr. Raymond Russo, Kingston Animal Hospital has held a longstanding, nationally recognized accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1959. The high standards of the AAHA guarantee only the best in quality veterinary care in every facet of our practice, including our facility, equipment, methods, and pet health care management.
Offering high-quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets in Kingston, MA and the surrounding areas. Diagnostic imaging allows our veterinarians to look at your pet internally for clues about sickness or injury. Dental care is an essential part of your pet's overall health to prevent dental disease and tooth loss.
Let Kingston Animal Hospital provide a professional veterinary exam for your kitten, puppy, cat, or dog. A physical exam is the smartest and easiest way to keep your pet healthy. Wellness exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiscovered otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues and allergies.
At Kingston Animal Hospital, our goal is keeping your pet happy and healthy. Thanks to modern diagnostics and our on-site laboratory, we're able to do just that for sick and injured pets. Diagnostic imaging allows us to examine your pet's internal organs and body systems to better diagnose their conditions.

My 16 year old cat (Freddy) was drinking and urinating more than usual. I could not get an appt with my vet for 4 weeks unless I paid $125 for an emergency visit and waited 4 to 6 hours to be seen. Kingston managed to get me an appt in a week. Dr Rudin was very kind and informative. Freddy has a new vet!

Dr. Claire is the most empathetic, particularly when it comes to tough decisions, ALWAYS looking to keep animals well and healthy for as long as it is best for Pet and family. She and all the vets at Kingston animal hospital...been going there since childhood with my Grampa who knew the beloved senior Dr. Russo...they are the best!!!

Dr. Russo is excellent, we saw him after adopting a heartworm positive dog and we wanted to go a holistic route to see if there's any other solutions other than conventional treatment. Our entire appointment was over an hour, when we pulled up we were instructed to call the office to let them know we arrived. We spoke to Dr. Russo on the phone first, then he took our pup into the office for an exam. He was extremely thorough, kind, down to earth and very funny. He gave us plenty of helpful tips and suggestions. He didn't try to push anything on us and he reviewed both holistic and other options

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
We recently moved to the area and are so delighted to find such an amazing place to take our dogs. Our previous vet missed an issue that Dr. DeMarco saw right away, we could not be more thankful to her and the whole staff at Kingston Animal Hospital. They really do treat you like family!
