True next day photographs Available ( if we shoot on Friday we give you the photos on Saturday). Professional Certified Photographer PPA Certified. We have a supra key to enter property. We do not automate our editing like other companies. We pay attention to every detail in every photo and edit them by hand.
If you do not want to buy a package and just want to add a video onto your photography package we can do that as well! We use top of the line drones and lenses to capture your real estate property. Virtual home zone uses a high end drone the DJI Inspire 2 to film all of our aerial drone shots. So if you want the best order on of our aerial videos or complete packages!
Virtual home zone has our part 107 FAA license so when we fly we know exactly what we are doing and reduce all the risks in flying so you can be worry free when we are at your Arizona real estate property. Virtual Home Zones pilot in command will arrive at the property and do a walk through of the property to create a flight plan and insure that it is safe to fly and there are no obstacles in the way.
We do not use photo tours like our competition. Why use 3D virtual tours? Photo galleries, 360° panoramas, and fly-through videos lack the emotion that home buyers and sellers want. A Matterport 3D Showcase helps customers feel more involved in the listing and creates an emotional attachment to the property.

Nick did an amazing Job on our photos! I will be using him for many more of my other listings! If you are thinking about using personal photos opposed to professional photos, please use Nick for having professional photos, it makes a huge amount of difference and will create much more interest when selling your property!

We contacted Nick on a Monday to take photos of a 25 acre commercial property, for our prospectus, by the following Monday we had photos and drone footage.
