My family goes here. It's okay, nothing super special, the pediatrics are good experienced Doctors, the other side, they are rushed and forget about you. I just had to accept and appointment for my toddler going through sleep regression after my wife just gave birth to twins, nearly three weeks from now. Y'all know that translates to seeing the specialist in maybe a month an a half if we're lucky. (With Colorado healthcare, more like 2-3 lol)... We're in for it bc I'm already at my witts end with this boys sleeping schedule.

I had been going to Dr. Bower for many years. For the last 8 years I have experienced chronic pain. Dr. Bower ran simple blood test and when they came back normal he told me I just needed to lose weight and it’s all in my head. Even when my blood pressure skyrocketed he said I was fine. Recently I had an X-Ray of my back and I require a major reconstructive back surgery. The spine doctor said even with surgery I will only be 75% better. The damage has extended to my legs and I can no longer do simple things like climb stairs. Due to Dr. Bower’s medical negligence I will have lasting damage

I was on hold for 40+ minutes. The RUDE receptionist refused to schedule an appointment due to our insurance. I was willing to just pay out of pocket if insurance was out of network, but she still refused to schedule. Whether this is "policy" or not, the situation could have been handled more professionally.

Dr. Loerzel was wonderful with my daughter and with me. I am sad that we are now being denied service based on the actions of my ex husband who isn’t even supposed to be at the visit.
I tried to warn the office staff before the visit, which I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes just to do. They were very condescending with me on the phone and I did not feel like I was speaking with a professional person.
Since the visit happened and being denied service I tried to call the office to explain the situation and was told that Dr. Loerzel would call me after the weekend but he never

The doctors are great, but trying to call the office for anything is a nightmare. Traffic was at a standstill on the highway and I wasn't able to reach anyone for over 20 minutes to tell them I was going to be 6 or 7 minutes late. They then cancelled my appointment and marked me as a no show. It is extremely frustrating especially when they then force you to reschedule and no one in their scheduling is on the phone, they're just sitting having coffee and chit chatting.

I used to like this place. But they put me on a really bad birth control that had terrible side effects which I reached out to them about and they didn’t recommend I stopped it they instead told me to go to a mental facility and ask for help. I also had trouble trying to get lab work done. Had issues with billing and had the front desk lady mess up my information and billing more than once. I haven’t been there in many months now and will not be going back yet they still try to reach out to me about a $25 bill that was handled and discussed 3 separate times. I love my doctor here, she sends me to a specialist when needed or sends me to get tests if not. I have several complicated health issues and they help me as best as they can. They are my primary care and have helped me for years.
Today I was helped by Tiffany for a bit more of a complicated visit than normal and it was really comfortable to talk with her. I've had several nurses help me but two stand out, sadly I can't remember the other one's name. I only know Tiffany's because I saw her today. But most of the nurses are wonderful, I couldn't be happier.
I completely suggest Dr.Astor and her

I have had nothing but professional treatment from Dublin Primary Care. I do admit communicating on the phone sometimes is challenging. But it's no different than the other doctor's offices that I have dealt with. Dr Zirkle is one of the finest Osteopaths I have ever gone to. He is caring, thorough and seems to truly like his patients.

I waited 20 days for 3 three referrals to be completed. I called again today and demanded the referrals to be done. This Clinic is archaic they do not use email, patient portals or text messages. Driving to work and they want me to pull over and write everything down. I recommend they fire the business manager and get with the times, it's 2021 not 1986.
