Services
Patients are seen Monday through Friday by appointment. We ask that you call in advance in order to schedule a convenient appointment time. Every effort will be made to keep appointment commitments. Whenever possible, you will be notified if there is a change or delay. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Thanks to Ms Maggie my health has improved so much. I can't thank her enough I'm back to feeling myself she takes the extra minute to listen to me. As soon as I mention a concern she's checking it out and if needed a referral is in place. She also Dee's my husband. Ms Jessica see's my two teenage boys and they just adore her she talks to them at there level. Thanks so much Summit for having these two wonderful ladies.

I have always had a great experience here. I first saw Jessica Roberts when she was in Pueblo. When she moved up to springs I followed her because she has always listened to me and showed me great concern for my health. I never feel rushed even when she is really busy. I would highly recommend this office. The staff has always shown me professionalism. I have been at other doctors offices and staff can be rude and make me feel like I am a bother. However, they have never made me feel this way. I am very appreciative for this office.

The front desk staff could be more personable and kinder. I see Jessica for pain management and I see Maggie for primary care. I don’t understand why I have to see 2 different people when it would be easier on MY health that 1 person know everything about what’s medically wrong with me. I’m not even sure if they even share information between the two. I am very happy with Jessica and I wish she could be my pain management doctor and my primary care physician because I would prefer it. I have been going to this practice for a long time now. Where it was as to where they are now is amazing and wonderful! The staff who check you in are quite professional and proficient. The wait is never long at all. I am greeted by the young people who take me back to one of the exam rooms where I have my appointment with Dr Maggie. On the way my weight and blood pressure are checked and logged. Summit has always been good to me. The ladies at the front desk are always fast and friendly. The people that take me to do my ua's ,blood pressure are all very friendly. Miss Jessica and Miss Maggie are right on top of my health needs and always make sure that I'm getting what I need. They talk to me and they listen. I'm very happy here.

I have been a patient of Jessica Robert's for a while now, from when she was with Springs Medical. As medical professionals are concerned, she is top notch! You will be hard pressed to find someone better. The whole staff there is amazing. As a patient you are treated as a person, and with full respect. I would have to say Dr Jessica Roberts is the best of the best. As you can see I don’t do surveys very often but she earned this one for sure. Every visit is very pleasant and her staff is amazing. Dr. Jessica has an excellent bedside manner, and you always leave her office feeling so much better because she shows that she really cares about her patient’s needs. I drive all the way from the Trinidad area which is four hours round-trip because Dr. Jessica Roberts is worth the drive. Thank you for hiring such wonderful employees.

Made an appointment online for a physical. The appointment didn't get confirmed, so I called the office and was told their systems were down, and they'd call me back when they were online (they did not).
Called the next day a couple times, when I got through they told me their systems were up, but Dr. Wilner wasn't doing physicals for the next few weeks and blamed ZocDoc for the discrepancy.
Overall a big waste of my time.

DO NOT GO HERE, RUN FOR THE HILLS. This office and the providers are glorified drug dealers. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for a pain management visit. They will lie to you about your out of pocket so they can rack up a few hundred dollar bill before they let you know what you owe. I was told at each visit my copay was 25 dollars, when it was actually 50 dollars. They charged me to see a doctor I never saw. They did a test without my consent and charged me 25 dollars for a test that costs about 2. They did not send me a bill for over 90 days so I would not know the true out of pocket
