Great group of people. They replaced the busted pipe at the well and measured the water level to let me know that the well needed some time to refill. They checked everything and even put an insulated bag over it, so it would not happen again. Can't recommend these folks highly enough!

Wish I could give 10 stars. This company was amazing. The owners were so client focused. Came out on a weekend to replace my water pump so I wouldn't be without water for many days. All the other local companies I called wouldn't work on weekends - says alot of the local commitment to excellence - was very disappointed in the other companies care less attitudes. These guys were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job working in a very tight space. They were very careful of my landscape. I can't say enough good things about Sweetwater Well and the guys who came to replace my water pump

We hired AAA Sweet well to drill our existing well. We had a very low yielding well and would countiously run out of water when ever we would have more then one quest over. Glen and Clint both helped provide thier professional opinion on what our best options were and gave estimates for all types of scenarios we would face. All said and done our water yield improved drastically and we installed a larger pressure tank to provide longevity for our new well pump.

Glenn was great, his help didn't show up so I had to spend the day pulling pipe from my 600'+ well, but Danielle in the office was completely rude & unprofessional. Plus the bill was much more than it should have been and she is completely unreasonable....initially gave me a discount for helping Glenn, then took it away b/c I paid her 3 days late, AND added interest during the period when I was working with my insurance company to get the claim processed!

Excellent service and honest people!!! I've never knew Glenn or anyone their to not do their best to show up for a job. Sometimes a job may take longer than expected but you would want your well completed before having them leaving to get to another appt. I have never know Danielle to be anything but nice and professional. I know that Glenn has went out on a job late at night or even take time from his own family to help others! So to read a negitive review is very Sad!

Super! Glen showed up and helped me think through our water situation. He could have easily sold me a pile of stuff I didn't need, but instead he pointed me in a different direction that will help our water situation tremendously and even tossed in a few pieces that gave me a shove in the right direction. You need a well? - Call 'em! You need a pump replaced? - Call 'em!

It is always hard to open up the phone book and find a company that you can feel is trustworthy and honest without knowing them first. The folks at Sweetwater Wells are just that. I cannot recommend them enough. From the young lady at the front desk to the kind and knowledgeable men who worked on the well, they were all very professional, helpful and very informative. Can't recommend these folks highly enough! Glenn is knowledgable, professional, patient and detailed in explaining and answering every question, has a "can do" approach to every request, and is just a really nice guy as well. I had no idea who to call to install a pump, and feel that I really lucked out with this choice. He and his partner Gary were very easy to work with, efficient, and solidly instill confidence, also going above & beyond the basic services requested.
