Travis and Liam came out on Saturday morning to quickly replace our bad pump. The quality of work is top notch and the team was very efficient and organized. They took extra care with avoiding my septic system with their heavy truck. They suggested I replace my wire as well and I agreed. They replaced it with much better wire and in the best possible manner. Everything they do is as good as it gets from what I saw. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend A1 for their well and pump service. I called at 11am and Chris was at my home by 2pm. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Answered any questions we had. He had the pump pulled and repaired by 5 pm. We were very pleased with their services.

I called A1 well and Chris & Christian came out the same day replaced our well pump and pressure pump all in a few hours! They were so kind and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and left me feeling confident in their work. I would highly recommend and will be using them again if I ever need service on my well.

Thanks to A-1 Well & Pump, they have corrected my water issue and concerns. My home is placed on the top of a mountain in Union Mills and my well was pumping slower than originally drilled 15 years ago. Travis was fantastic at giving me options and describing in detail, my best option. He & his crew installed an under ground reservoir tank which has solved my problems. My well fills the tank in its down time, or I can have water delivery as needed. I'm extremely happy that my water concerns are now corrected. Thank you

Excellent, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional! They came the day we called to assess the problem. Unfortunately, our well pump went bad and had to be replaced. They came back the next morning with a 40-foot boom and all the tools they needed. Chris was very knowledgeable and he explained everything as he went. He and Christian worked non-stop to complete the job in a few hours.

The entire team at A-1 Well & Pump services was professional and responded quickly to replace our pump motor and electrical line. I called early on a Wednesday morning, Travis came out to diagnose our issue within 1.5 hours and his crew showed up less than 2 hours after that (and even better- they had everything they needed on the truck so we didn't have to wait for hours or days for parts). They worked in the heat and then through a summer rainstorm to make sure we were back in service by about 5pm that same day. The guys that came to replace our well pump did a great job. They were quick and professional.
On the other hand, Travis, did not stand behind his word. He said the $90 diagnostic fee would be included in the pump replacement.He said he would send a check to reimburse us the $90. He did not. I politely reminded him 3 times. On the first reminder, he asked for our address and said he would send it. The next 2 reminders were ignored.
I encourage anyone to get any money transactions or promises from Travis in writing.

I just bought my house from a family friend who had spent more than $10k on plumbers in the last year and a half. After waiting almost a week for the previous home owner’s plumber to call me back, I went with a friend’s recommendation and called these guys. They answered the phone when I called, showed up the next day, figured out what the last plumber did wrong, and fixed it in less than 24 hours with better pressure than I had before. Highly recommend A1- Dependable, Priced Right, Professional, Skilled & Honest Company. I called them to come out to diagnosis why we had no running water. They responded right away and came out within hours. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and was able to access the issue. He was upfront and his honestly was appreciated. I was given a quote to fix my moms well and scheduled the job for the very next day. The team that came to do the job, Jeff Cobb and Chris Price did a phenomenal job! They called before they arrived.

Travis helped us out when our well pump stopped working and we had no idea as new homeowners what we should do (having never had a well system before). He came out on his own time on a Saturday evening and checked it all out and got us running water again. We cannot thank you enough Travis! Found Travis searching Google, our well pump died. All the reviews are accurate. He did a great job at a fair price. He picked up his phone on the weekend and was willing to come out on the weekend. I will use his services again if I have any issues with my well and I would highly recommenced him if you are in need.
