Our pump went out unexpectedly. Had to have pump pulled and replaced from 480ft well. Also had to replace pressure tank and pressure switch. Excellent crew had the job completed in about 4 1/2 hours. Could not have asked for a better experience. The price was fair and I feel was better than anyone else I could have called. Very pleased.

Whoever I spoke to this morning was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. I described the problem we were having with our well and was told “not much you can do about that”. Really? When I said I didn’t have the exact answers to the well specifics, as I’m a new homeowner and not savvy on the parts of our well, and asked for an expert to please come assess the situation, I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and then hung up on. We immediately called another company and were met with professionalism, expertise, respect, and understanding. Absolutely do not recommend.

We recently bought a house in Tryon that had a well system that this company installed. Our water started to intermittently shut off and there were error messages on the display panel in the crawl space. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who looked up the records of our installation and sent someone out the next day! The crew that came out was very polite and was able to resolve the issue using our warranty that was in place. I highly recommend this company just based on their prompt service and ability to resolve the issue with little to no stress to us.

I recently had issues with my water pressure, to the point where my water stopped flowing completely. This was a particularly problematic and urgent situation for me, as I have horses and cattle on my property, and they drink a lot of water. I had enough water already in buckets and troughs to maybe last me through that night, but beyond that, I was going to have a serious problem on my hands.
Needless to say, I was pretty much in panic mode. I called a contractor who had done some work for me, and he told me to call Ferguson’s, a recommendation for which I am very grateful.
