Today, I had an appointment to scan my mouth for my final set of retainers. As usual, I was treated with smiles by everyone and Dr Vic gave me a kind elbow knock in these COVID-19 days. I was treated without delay and my last set of retainers will to be ready soon. I could not be happier with my treatment here. They are all a wonderful staff, and everyone makes me feel welcome and appreciated. I would not recommend going to any other orthodontist on the East End. I’m 34 and honestly never expected to be happier with this process. Having braces at this age is a little frustrating and uncomfortable, but Dr Vic and the entire Bach Grazina team have been incredible throughout so far. They are always available to answer questions and offer guidance, and Dr Vic has been available to me at ridiculous hours (I work overnights as an RN). One night in particular I had a wire pop out and he was willing to FaceTime me at 10pm to come up with a plan until I could get to the office during normal hours. I’m here to fix my teeth, and he’s great at what he does, but

I highly recommend East End Ortho. Dr. Bach and his staff are great. When I was younger I HATED going to the dentist or anywhere that I had to have people touching my mouth. When I was in high School I had to get braces. I was not happy, but Dr. Bach assured me it would be painless and I would have them off in no time! He stuck to his word! 2 years and I had them off just in time for my senior picture. I was never worried about going to him. Both Mr. Bach and his team were always very gentle and made sure my experience was comfortable and pain free. I have a great smile now and owe it all to him
