The younger crowd behind the desk is the only downfall I know they’re training but they were very unresponsive to a lot of my concerns about payments for 6 months. Left several voicemails about payments and no one ever got back to me. Wasn’t until this nice women who helped me on my first visit was working on a day I had an appointment and we finally got it all fixed. 10/10 regardless

We just started the braces process with my 11 year old and so far it has been such a pleasure! The staff is all smiles and so friendly!! every single one of them! and Dr.Josh has been great! My daughter is looking forward to finally getting the braces actually on. Her treatment plan is sort of complex and I have 100% faith in Dr.Josh that she will come out the other side of this with a perfect bite and gorgeous smile!

From the moment I walked into the office I knew I chose the right office to get my adult braces put on. First I made an appointment to talk to the Dr. to find out if braces was the right decision for me. Turned out it was! I was extremely nervous but with the help of the amazing staff and the wonderful doctor I left the office extremely happy! We love them! The time I first called I had a million insurance, locations and treatment questions and the desk girls knew were so patient with my concerns. The first day my daughter got them on the whole staff is fantastic, caring and sensitive to her needs. I was allowed to see the treatment area and it was spotless and meticulously clean!!! They are also great with making appointments, even last minute ones. The waiting area is clean and accommodates my other little one while we wait. They only suggested the treatment we needed and nothing more!! Completely honest practice! Would recommend to
