We have three conveniently located offices on Main Street, Center Moriches, Meeting House Lane, Southampton, and on Rockaway Beach Blvd in Belle Harbor, NY.

Our practice's top priority is to provide you with the highest quality orthodontic care in a friendly comfortable environment. We utilize the latest technological advances in the industry, such as clear ceramic braces, lingual (behind the teeth) and clear aligners, along with cutting edge computer technology, and digital radiology to ensure that you receive the most effective care possible.
Services
Our treatment plans are based on analysis of the orthodontic records taken in conjunction with the experience of completing 10,0000 orthodontic cases and current research results. Each orthodontic case is so unique that one philosophy cannot possibly be applied to all patients.

We agree with most research that timely orthodontics can typically be completed within ONE SINGLE PHASE of treatment which eliminates the need for unnecessary early treatment. This results in an overall shorter time in braces which avoids hygiene issues, young patient "burn out", and duplication of early treatment work.
A board certified orthodontist is an orthodontist who has voluntarily gone through hundreds of additional hours off preparation to demonstrate their judgment, skills and knowledge required for providing the highest level of care.

As a lifetime Board Certified Orthodontist Dr. Roche has had his cases reviewed by an expert panel of board certified orthodontists, passed written, oral and clinical examinations and submitted case studies that have been treated to the highest level possible.Less than 25% have become board certified and even fewer have achieved lifetime board certification.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first visit to an orthodontist by the age 7. This is not an endorsement for treatment at this age, but more a screening to identify patients that possess the more complicated issues.

There are obvious cases that are truly severe enough to warrant early intervention, but the majority of patients can easily be treated in the tween years (10-13) when they are ideal candidates dentally, socially and biologically.
