After being a customer for over 7 years, insuring multiple cars, motorcycles, campers, houses, having them all nicely bundled...all of a sudden, out of nowhere they stopped returning phone calls, stopped acknowledging us, sent my wife and I cancellation letters, over some mis-information they had in their files over a claim. They then proceeded to report that false information to Lexis Nexis, not once, but a second time after I disputed Lexis files. Finally had to get the Dept. of Insurance involved, then corporate managers began calling instantly, suddenly wanting to help me and talk to me...

Because I can't give a "0"! They are only out for your money and their bottom line. Use a different agent! Use a different Company! The only person who did a good job there left, so now you are at the mercy of the remaining staff. Messed up my bill 4+ months in a row and took at least $800 extra than what I should have paid. Did I get a refund or a correction check? NO! Did they offer? NO! Horrible experience.
