I was with a previous agent for about 20 years or so, but he recently retired and I found Emmet Thompson through reviews. When I first switched to him, he went through a comprehensive review of my policies and now that I’m at the year mark, we again reviewed my policies. He’s been thorough in his explanation of policy options and policy standards. Additionally, this year I had my roof replaced and their office was very helpful in this process.

We had been working with Patricia who was fantastic. Who seems to be the only one ever in the office so hopefully they hang on to her. She was knowledgable on all the options and very flexible with my custom insurance plan that I am happy with. Would recommend to everyone. Price was great and did not short on customer service.
