Having Irvin as my agent definitely reminds me that there’s still great people in this crazy world we live in today. He is very helpful and understanding especially during the start of the pandemic. He response to emails, messages, calls at a timely manor, and never once sounded annoyed but totally the opposite very delightful in helping whatever situation you may be in. So definitely I will remain his client for as long as I live here. I remember how he welcomed me to the state/neighborhood with my first Christmas card and birthday card 😊. I can't recall how long I've been a client of Mr. Pete. Rev. Pete, I call him. I've been very satisfied with the services and professionalism from State Farm. I've had two accidents in the last two months, and Rev. Pete and his office took great care of me. We have been with State Farm for many years. When our previous agent unexpectedly passed away from heart failure our files were transferred to Irvin Pete's office. My wife and I were driving home from a movie the night before she had our first child and my car broke down moments upon leaving the theater..... I called state farms roadside assistance and explained the situation, the tow truck driver was there in less than 20 minutes and the whole situation was handled very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants cheap and reliable service

Had multiple issues with every aspect of this office. Found out that the cheap rates were the result of having poor coverage. They quote only state minimum coverage, and above and beyond that, i set up payments… to come out automatically so that i dont have to do anything on my end. But within a few months time i get approximately 4 notices stating that payment hadnt been received, so you explain to me how its set up to come out automatically and yet its my fault that payment isnt processed. Then, heres where it gets good, they dropped my coverage from non payment. I made the payment and
