If you are in Wake Forest this is the only mechanic you should be using. I took our two cars to corporate companies for brakes, rotors and a broken mechanical trunk arm. They tried to charge over $2800 for the work (insane). Not only did victory do the work for almost third of the price, they fixed the mechanical arm as it just needed some adjustment and didn’t charge me for it. They were super fast, responsive and care about their customer and community. This is the type of local business that we need to keep around for many years to come. Support Victory!

My vehicle needed the NC annual vehicle inspection. Victory Tire and Auto conducted the inspection in a timely manner. Their staff was friendly and professional. The vehicle inspection identified an exhaust converter problem and O2 sensor issue. All issues were resolved. If their mechanics can't fix the problem, you don't pay. Fantastic family business! I will be returning for all my auto repair needs.

I've used Victory a few times now, primarily for alignments and such. Our latest visit was a significant engine issue that Scottie and his team handled amazingly. Granted, this repair took 2 weeks, but that was not the fault of Victory. It was a significant issue.
Scottie's team kept us informed and we were always in contact with them. We WILL use Victory again!

Scottie and his team are top notch mechanics. They communicate any issues that arrive. They discussion options, and give price quotes so that you can make a informed decision about your vehicle. They also let you know of any repairs or maintenance that you might need later on. John is always pleasant and polite and will help you through your vehicle needs. Scottie is not only a great mechanic he is a genuine gentleman. If they can’t fix it then you probably need new vehicle.

Scotty, Kelly, Patrick and the other team members were great, patient and kind (courteous, thoughtful, manners, etc). I had an AC problem and was concerned about the $$. Scotty said he would take a look and call with an estimate - not a quick fix but a fix that would NOT have me back in the shop in the next couple of months. He was concerned about doing it right the first time as economically as possible. They are really customer focused and this was my 1st time using them. They were busy too booking 1-2 weeks out, so they have a lot of good repeat customers. They fixed my AC problem same day and
