My stay was just fan-tabulous! I feel like if your looking for a place to stay this building is your first choice especially if you are age 35+ and have a desire to see/enjoy the best views Destin has to offer! I was discouraged reading the reviews on this building, I feel it hasn’t gotten the recognition it deserves. The management & staff work very hard to clean up after customers who don’t have any respect for this building—that job is so very rough! There is live outdoor music once a week at the adjacent condos, not loud at all, and you can’t hear it from your rooms! The sun/umbrella

We stayed in unit 1850. The 1st bathroom had an old and very stained bathtub. Also shower head was loose and water never got hot. 2nd bedroom has a security light outside the window so the room stays bright all night. Both beds are very loud to sit on much less sleep. The box they are build on makes all the noise. Master bedroom was fine but all bedrooms stayed warm. Living area would be cool but never the bedrooms. Refrigerator finally got cold on the 4th day. The layout and space were good for 3 couples. Entire condo could use an update. Overall stay was not horrible but wouldn’t stay in that

Awful time staying here. Condo is in horrible shape, and property management is just as bad. Condo itself is in desperate need of a deep clean and update. All furniture is falling a part and very very dirty. There are signs of black mold in the bathrooms. All the curtains , cabinets, headboards in the bedrooms, and shelves through out the rooms in the condo are covered in dust. Elasticized fitted sheets on the bed were suspiciously put the bed Inside out, which kind of made us feel as if they weren't washed and just flipped around and put back on the mattress. Place was disgusting from one end to the other. Filthy dishes put away as if they were clean. Black mold. (Congested and sneezy the whole stay, found the mold on our last night there). Some towels appeared to have been used for cleaning then folded and put away for us to use. Dirty floors. Completely unhappy with our stay at room 1120. Great view, beach service was ok unless you had a question then they were rude. Pool was nice. Place needs major upgrades from the roof down. We will never stay there again.

We’ve stayed here for years and it’s usually very family-friendly, a quiet beach atmosphere with lots of kids. This year we had a large group playing EXTREMELY loud music; we couldn’t even hear the ocean. We asked them very politely to turn it down. They did. For a minute. Then returned to the same loud volume. We did complain to the beach service boys and they tried to fix it, but it continued. It totally ruined two days of beach time for us and, sadly, we will not return to Jade East because of it.

Loved the location. When we arrived, floor was very nasty! I took off my shoes and walked from the bedroom to the living room and my feet were black on bottom. Also two of us left some clothes behind. Notified the company we booked through. Two days later, was emailed that no clothing was found. So housekeeping are thieves as well. Made me worry if they were coming in during the week while we were at the beach. Will not be staying with Jade East again

This is by far the worse condo I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many condos on throughout the FL panhandle. This condo is extremely out dated. The bathtubs have visible mildew. Even after thoroughly cleaning, I still felt uneasy. Trust me DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You can definitely get clean and better upkeep else EASILY. Condo #520 DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The set up of the room was nice. Kitchen, living room, dining table, two bedrooms, and a very nice view from the patio. Nice open windows. The view from the master bedroom was absolutely awesome. Just a few complaints. Our room had some paint splotches on the wall and chips in the ceiling. We didn’t really mind that. There was sand in one of our beds which leads us to believe the bed sheets weren’t changed and cleaned. There’s no lobby or ice machines in the building. But those pst two weren’t a huge deal just information for anyone else who like to know. But overall, we wouldn’t mind

We recently spent Summer Vacation in Destin Fl and stayed and this very convient location. Right off the main road (Emerald Coast Hwy). The Condos all have a View of Ocean...however couldnt see Sunrise or Sunset! Still gorgeous thou. Elevators had few issues when we arrived but quickly fixed! They have a mid sz pool not huge but ok! Jacuzzi was way too hot thou to enjoy! They have propane grills to use on side of bldg by Bathrooms! Parking ia easy and gated.
