Services
Studio Arrival Etiquette: Please arrive on time (10 minutes early) with a reservation. Please note the sign-up window closes 30 minutes before class start for last minute sign-ups. Please note, in order to manage classes, if a class does not have any reservations signed up 90 minutes before a daytime class, and 10 hrs before early bird classes, the class may be canceled.
Private Sessions, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, and Team Building Events available upon request. Reservations help keep you accountable to your goals and we are in the business of your Health /HELSE/ in mind. Please understand that when signed up for a class, you are reserving a machine. If you fail to show up or late cancel, that prohibits another client from planning on attending or being able to book class.
New to the Megaformer? Start here! Our Essentials class is a great introduction to the Megaformer M3S and our classes at Helse. Essentials is a full-body workout comprised of the fundamental movements to gain an understanding of the Lagree Fitness Method and Megaformer. An incredible workout including all the fiery fundamentals.

This is a fantastic studio. I have taken Lagree on NYC, CA. Seattle and this studio is on par with these big city studios - intensity, knowledge and up to date moves. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable providing both modifications for difficulty and ease. I have been taking Lagree pilates for 5 years and there is nothing like it. I highly recommend this studio!

I have never been a huge fitness freak, however this past week I attended HELSE Lagree for the first time and had such an AMAZING experience! To be honest, I was a little intimidated at first - It had been awhile since I have even stepped foot in a gym, but Danielle couldn't of been more helpful and patient with me. If you haven't tried Lagree- YOU MUST! I've been taking Megaformer classes for 4-5 years in various studios around the country, and I can honestly say that this is the only workout that I have never gotten sick of because every class is totally different and the 45 minutes goes by very quickly. It doesn't matter if you are new to working out or a world class athlete, this machine will give challenge you and make you push your limits! Helse provides the most uniquely challenging workout I’ve ever done! Every workout is different, and you get so much from every single workout! Helse Lagree is an incredible, full body, low impact workout. It's no joke! Get through about 6 sessions, it's still challenging but it gets to be way more fun too. After 2-3 sessions a week for 3 months, I'm probably the strongest I've ever been in my life. The instructors are awesome and the vibe is super welcoming. I'm kinda addicted :)
