Our healthcare system is constantly evolving and it has generally benefited neither the patient nor the physician. We are seeing the issues with this evolution with decreased quality of care, increasing Medicare costs, shorter visits with physicians, and increased appointment wait times. Patients are, in response, feeling discouraged and deterred by the lack of quality care.
A: New patients to the practice are encouraged to set up a free meet and greet with Dr. Williams to ensure that the practice fits your needs. What started off as a wonderful doctor patient relationship and a highly expensive concierge doctor. Turned into intentional malice. After a brief billing dispute, I had relieved Jim Williams and total primary care from their medical duty via Nikki. We have several family members that pay to be a part of that practice and others also had to call and cancel such as my mother. Before they could call their corporate affiliation for lack of a better term, we asked them to fill a prescription that was medically needed. Being told yes to that request, all seemed fine. Fast track a day and no prescription
