These people were great!! in a world where the need for quick, accurate, humane testing has become routinely what can only be described as a "nightmare", L J Medical is bright shining light of helpfulness and efficiency.

Wonderful service! My technicians were excellent, competent, and caring. I didn't get the name of the tech the second time I visited, but the first tech's name was Owen. My results were sent via email, and I received them in a timely manner. Zero misspelled names, zero mistakes, zero third-party apps that would have hindered the timeliness of the results (unlike another place that will remain nameless!). I will continue to work with LJ Clinic for any further testing that I may need.

Don’t trust this company’s turnaround times. I paid for 24 hour results and over 48 hours later I still never received it in time for my flight. Both LJ Medical and MyCovidNow should be ashamed for advertising a “less than 24 turnaround” if it’s not a guarantee. It’s all just a money making business taking advantage of desperate times in the middle of a pandemic. I understand that delays can happen but they should not be charging extra for a service they are unable to provide. At least let customers know beforehand that you won’t be able to accommodate.

We had a terrible experience . Info when setting up appointment is misleading.
Irresponsible , fraudulent practice.
Me and my husband paid 150$ each to get the covid test result in 24 hrs ,needed for travel .It did not happen.
It was impossible to reach anyone at LJ clinic .
My husbands result came back after 48 hrs with incorrect dates and time on the report
I still don’t see my result . Got Message from lab that my DOB entered is 1/7/22 which is the day we did the test

Easy to make appointment online. Big nearly empty parking lot in Friendship Heights. I was early and there were two cars in front of me, but I ended up exactly on time for the test, with no cars behind me. Technician took my ID, brought back the test swab and gave me the option of swabbing myself or having him do it. We paid the extra $65 for the 24-hour PCR results. email and text notifications were easy to use. Received results in 22.5 hours. Would use again.

We have used this clinic several times in the past month, making appointments for covid testing due to travel and school. The whole process is organized, efficient and reliable. The appointment process and payment is all online (great to not have to deal with a live person and being placed on hold) with automated confirmation. Each time we drove up, they were ready for us, and we received results within the hour.

I landed in DC for work, and within a few hours, received notification of confirmed COVID-19 exposure. I couldn't find anything, anywhere, and the concierge at the Canopy on Rose suggested LJ. This was the definition of easy, affordable, and fast. These folks are so tired, so stressed, but show up to work every day to give us peace of mind.
Give yourself time to wait, because they're slammed around the clock. I had a very pleasant experience, and though I -hope- I never have to go back and do tests for 2 weeks, I know where I'll go if I have to.

Online scheduling was super easy. The pop up location on Jenifer St NW was very convenient. The technicians managing the site were courteous and efficient. They handled both walk ups and drive throughs. My only complaint is after 72 hours I still had not received my results. I went on the website, sent a message inquiring about my results. It took another full day until I finally received my results via email. I'm sure they were slammed with tests, however, I should not have had to initiate my results search.

Excellent customer service, easy website to schedule a test and fast result at the same day. Our special thanks for Mr Owen, facing a so hard and risky job, his calm, serenity, communication skills, made so peaceful the most tense moment of COVID testing for my daughter. From VA to MD, the only place available at the same day test and result. We felt, Mr Owen like an angel doing it. Tons of blessings for all there. I recommend this place.
