Our providers are highly experienced and can treat a variety of health problems from accidental injuries to bad colds or the flu. It is our goal to help you feel better fast. Federal law requires drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) to receive regular physical examinations. The official name for these exams is "Department of Transportation Medical Examinations, " but it's often shortened to "DOT physicals." All DOTs are completed by a FMCSA certified medical provider.
What Insurances do you take? Major Insurances such as Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare etc. Will Expedian Care accept or bill my insurance? We will bill your insurance if we are contracted providers. Otherwise, we can provide you with a receipt for services rendered which you can use to bill your insurance company for reimbursement if you like.
There is no other way to explain my experience at this wonderful clinic. The staff is friendly and caring. The clinic is beautiful and modern. The doctors there are more than knowledgeable. They listen carefully to everything you say and are most caring. It is a True Blessing to find such a wonderful clinic full of people that really care about their patients.

If you need a rapid Covid Test, this is the place for you! They were able to put us on a cancellation list and got us an appointment the next day. All staff and doctors were friendly, efficient, and caring. Their facilities were clean and even had a TV with the game on in the patient rooms! Really happy with the care we received.

I had sever back pain and could not decide if I wanted to stop at an urgent care or try to self heal at home. I decided to try this place on my way from work since my pain was getting worse. Everyone at the facility was welcoming, empathetic, and professional. Dr. Steele assessed my problem quickly, took an x-ray, ordered an MRI, and prescribed appropriate medication for my back pain. I was able to make it home. Will definitely visit this facility again.

I took my son this morning who had been having a fever since Tuesday. The Nurse Practioner was an Asian female (I don’t know her name). My son is Autistic and we told her that we can hold him while she does her checks. My son started to cry a little when she was going to look in his ear. She decided not to even make an attempt to look in his ear. She did not look at his mouth or up his nose. She barely listened to his chest. At that point she said she would treat for the worse case with antibiotics. I asked if she could look because we want to know if he has something. She didnt care to but offered

Worst service ever. Staff doesn't know what they are doing was charged insurance just to get a COVID test. The staff which is not a nurse that did the COVID test was very rough and shoved the swab clear up my nose and was very rude about it. I have never been treated this terrible in my life. I thought the tests changed to nasal swabs not brain swabs. Will not ever go back or suggest to anyone else.

Both times I have tried to be seen here have been awful experiences. The secretaries at the desk are very rude and the care providers are incompetent. They don't care about the patients, they just want your money. Don't believe the good reviews here and absolutely do not come here if you are sick and need to be seen urgently. There's nothing urgent about this place.

Was very impressed with this urgent care in Waxahachie. The entire process was so smooth from booking appointment online to check in. I even got there 20 minutes early and was see right away. The front staff were very friendly and attentive and the NP, Chelsea was professional and knowledgeable - she asked me questions and I didn’t feel rushed the whole time. I was able to get x rays and the help I needed for my pain. Highly recommend!

I don't want to speak for all of the Expedian clinics, however the one located in waxahachie needs to review there process. I did not have a good experience. I made a appointment and 3 hours after I still had not been any one. They just kept promising me I would be next. I understand everyone is busy. But so am I. My advice would be if you can't meet a agreed upon appointment don't allow people to book them.

I wasn't able to get in to see my primary doctor and had a horrible upper respiratory infection, made my appointment online for 9am. I was being seen by a very understanding and kind doctor by 9:20 and out by 9:45am. I would absolutely recommend this care facility to anyone. All the nurses and office helpers were extremely professional and nice.

I am in the medical field and it is not often you get good patient care. My doctor retired and I needed my atenolol refilled quickly as I was running out and the next PCP was a two month wait. I saw Dr. Jesilhah Mwanyalo to see if I could get my much needed atenolol. The staff was great and she was extremely considerate to my needs. She also refilled my prescription and then again with a full blood panel, etc..I recommend this place. I highly recommend the doctor above. She is kind, sympathetic, empathetic and I wish she could be my PCP forever!
