Tuscaloosa General Dentistry is a phenomenal family dentist! Even though I received glowing recommendations from two friends, I was still apprehensive about finding a new dentist due to an unpleasant experience. It turns out my fears were completely unfounded! From the first phone call, the front office and medical staff were amazing! They are responsive, personable, and competent. My son and I love Dr. Carlson and his team! We drive from Helena for our appointments and will continue to do so. My little man chipped his tooth goofing off at school recently, and Dr. Carlson fixed it beautifully! We can’t even tell it happened. Dr. Carlson and his team are very genuine and caring people who make going to the dentist a fun trip. Love y’all!

Very quick and efficient! Office staff is amazing and super friendly. I am new to the area and while trying to find a dentist (everyone was booked up) the receptionist told me that if I couldn't get in anywhere that I could go to urgent care and get the antibiotics until I could be seen and then luckily when I called back to set up my appointment there had been a cancelation and I got my infected teeth taken care of and going back for comprehensive and basic in a couple of weeks! I had 2 teeth pulled and I was in and out in about an hour or so and they definitely make sure you're numb before working

I really wish all business would have the excellent customer service and pride like this place. They are polite and good atmosphere. The doctor actually take time to talk to you with the problems you are having and willing to answer any questions you have. I had some work done and later that day I was surprise with a courtesy check up to see if everything was okay. Little things like that says a lot about the business to me. At this point I feel NO place you would go for dental care will ever amount to this place. Thanks Guys

Dr. Carlson and his staff are amazing. I've been going to him for over 6 years and never had to wait over 2 minutes. The best dental experience I ever had. I remember getting a filling and I went to sleep. Dr. Carlson and his staff service are great. I had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday, I didn't feel any pain afterward and no bleeding. Stephanie is my hygienist and she's amazing. I love Tuscaloosa General Dentistry Family.
