Led by certified fitness trainers Justin and Abigail Schultz, ABS Fitness has been helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personally-guided sessions that are customized to each client's specific needs. Combining fitness sessions and personal workout plans with nutritional guidance and motivational counseling, our program is unique in its approach to wellness.
This client came to ABS Fitness with a strong desire to have more defined abdominal muscles. A diet was put in place which incorporated grocery store foods and was realistic for his lifestyle and schedule. This client's plan included adding in lots of protein at first, and adding in carbohydrates later.

I officially started at Abs Fitness on December 6th. Today is my one month anniversary! The changes that I experienced even in my first two weeks were amazing! Abbey set me up with a nutritional plan based on my likes and what I needed to help with weight loss. Sticking to my plan along with my fitness training has given me increased stamina, no more bloating, no inflammation in my hands or feet, most importantly, my Blood Pressure is at a normal range! Amazing trainers very knowledgeable. The place always clean. You wanna get in shape, this is the place. They will make it sweet and get stronger everyday. I have been training with Dr Phil is how they call him and the dude is amazing he knows he's stuff. I lost 22 pound since I started which is fantastic. I love this place.

Was working out with a different trainer for 2 years and hit a plateau. I thought this was my limit, but decided to try working out with Alejandro as my trainer. This is a whole different level of workout. He is very knowledgeable and motivating. Uses a wide variety of exercises to keep things interesting and I have seen a huge change in my body. So glad I found this place. The gym is also beautiful, clean, and has a wide variety of equipment to workout on. Also Abby created a super helpful diet for me which I think has made a huge difference. Big thank you Alejandro and Abs fitness for helping

I joined ABS fitness knowing that I had a long journey in front of me. From the very moment I walked in I felt the instant support from my trainer Phil and the rest of the ABS Fitness team. They were encouraging but also firm with expectations and accountability on my end which was something I definitely needed. Abbey put together a thorough meal plan which was tremendously helpful and just a week later I am seeing significant changes. Very thankful for this team and my trainer Phil who makes every session fun and enjoyable even though the workouts themselves are tough. Excited to keep pushing

Justin is a phenomenal trainer as he not only creates customized workouts for your individual fitness goals but will support and… cheer you on even outside of the gym. Best decision ever! Worked with Abbey for 12 weeks and lost 35 lbs and gained muscle in places I never knew they could exist LOL! She takes the time to listen to your goals and works hard with you to achieve them! Highly recommend! I especially love the personal one on one training in her beautiful studio as opposed to a public gym where I often felt self conscious. Make the decision to change your life!
