Save your money. Many spots left dirty even after the second time around. Vacuums have very little power.

I really loved this place sooooo much but tonight the experience was horrible. They 100% tried to scam me and when confronted they lied.
I pulled in around 5:40 ish and the told me that the vacuums would be closing in 15 mins. I confirmed that wasn't an issue.
Me: "I'll take the basic."
Attendant: "the basic?"
Me: "yup."
Attendant: "$10"
Me: (handing attendant $20 bill). Can you break a $20 for me?"
The attendant then grabbed the $20, said thank you very much, and put it in his pocket; he walked quickly to the tunnel and began spraying my vehicle and motioning me forward. If I had tried

Stopped by to get my car washed. It's closed up! Came home to see if maybe times & dates changed for when they are open and it says they are open till 7pm today. ‍

The Pony Express car wash is quick and inexpensive. Not as good as doing it yourself, but very good for a drive through car wash.

I started giving my business to this car wash till the kid refused to wipe the side of inside car when all the other men do it , and gave me an attitude when I always get the 18 wash and tip . I didn’t like that . I’ll go to soapy joes

Tons of long vacuums, helpful staff, always nice. Pretty good wash for me. I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes. Earlier in the day theres maybe 1 or 2 other people there. Lots of trash cans for disposal. Great value

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It's been years since I was last here and I couldn't remember why... Since I live nearby again, I thought I'd get a quick wash, nothing fancy. I knew I'd have to dry spot some of my vehicle, so that was no issue. However, they use such hard water that there is now way to dry the water before it spots. I even proceeded to re-rinse my vehicle so I could hand dry it and the water/chemical spots remain. Whatever they use on your car - it's junk. Worse yet, one of the rotators scratched my driver side fender. Clearly they need to be replaced or cleaned

For $18 my car wasn't dusty. But it wasn't washed throughly. The scrub the driver side but not the other side. No air freshener. You vacuum yourself. It was an ok job. I have had better for less.

I regularly go through this car wash. Last time I went through, someone had poured melted ice cream over my car and the guys went though the extra trouble to scrub it off. It was more service than I hoped to receive.

Great quick and easy car wash for when I just want to knock the dirt off, but they also do full detail cleaning too. I took my car their before I put it up for sale, and they did such an amazing job, it looked brand new inside and out! I now bring my newly purchased car there too, and am always happy with their services!

Great prices and so much cheaper to get your car hand washed and stored shine. Well worth coming here and great customer service too.

Very nice they did a great job .for $18 we had the car washed after they hand put washed bad spots.
When the car was finish the guys hand dried car and treated the tires. The car looked great

Today I took my truck into be washed. It has been a bit of time since my last wash due to Covid19. I got the 12.00 wash. It wasn't a clean I would have like it to be. I went and talk to the attendant about the quality of the wash job. With out hesitation he told me to pull my truck back around and rewatched it. Now it looks great. Thank you Pony express.

Love this place! They do great details, inside and out. I would highly recommend! I got a clay bar detail for my SUV and it really shines. There are also free vacuums.

Went in for a quick wash and came out with a mini detail for a great price! Guys were super friendly and very reasonable. They did a wonderful job and I am very impressed. My car sat for over 2 weeks outside and looks squeaky clean! I will be returning

I can't say enough great things this is absolutely the best car wash in all of San Diego they are amazing and so thorough in cleaning the inside of my car I'm am so picky first place ever I can literally drive off without asking anybody to wipe anything down excellent place ps I drive from mission valley to come here so worth it

I paid for the Supreme and every time they rush it and I had to go home and redo the the job I paid them for. UNSATISFACTORY!

I wasn't happy with my services! Detailed instructions were to get the tree pollen off and it wasn't done at all. When I complained I got...excused and ignored. Not only that but I got home and the trunk wasn't even vacuumed at all! I ended doing it myself! Not worth the fifty dollar services I was assured! I definitely won't be going back!

Worst wash ever. I left with streaks didn't drive the car properly I had to vacuum out my own car. The vacuum had zero suction. Avoid this place at all cost

Nice staff and okay wash; however today I visited and got the $7 basic wash. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you. As I was pulling in, I said that was $7, right? And he said no it was $7.50 because you used a card. I guess I just felt like he should have told me about the extra fee prior to taking my card because I would have given him the

These guys did an excellent job. My truck was trashed after driving from Panama City FL to El Cajon CA. The bugs in the grill were horrible. I asked for a deal and they said they would hook this thing up inside and out for 40 bucks. They did a great job. Now my truck doesn't look like some piece of trash now. Thanks guys!!

WOW! Finally went to a great car wash out in east county! With friendly service, I got out of there quick and efficient. The price was great I got the special for 15$ and it came with a bunch of stuff!! Come check them out for the summer!!

Great price, friendly , got my car clay and wax done, fully clean. I cannot complain. I'll be returning. Wish I took before pics so you can see how great they did. But after works too
