Services
Personal trainer, nutrition coach, and owner of GRIP Center, Mitch holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and has been certified by NSCA, ACE, NASM, PIMST, and FST. He is also a Level 3 Poliquin International Trainer and a specialist in Biosignature Modulation, an effective fat loss system that addresses hormone imbalances and other health concerns including poor sleep, low energy, and impaired cognitive function.
We start with a focus on eating whole foods and making incremental changes to improve your nutrition. We meet you where you are on your health journey, whether it's paleo, keto, plant-based, autoimmune, low carb, fasting, or the standard American diet. Our goal is to find the nutrition template that works best for you and to get the results that you desire.
We help you build a foundation with a strength training program designed to minimize injury, make the best use of your time in the gym, and get you the results that you desire. Whether you're training two days a week or six days a week, we will write a program specifically for you, making sure that every time you're in the gym you're making progress.
Fascia is the connective tissue system of the body that penetrates through and wraps around muscles, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in your body. With improved mobility your training sessions can be more effective. The best thing about Fascial Stretch Therapy is that it can be customized to your individual needs.
