In 2010, I made the decision to change my life. I didn't like how I looked or felt in my clothes. I was up a few sizes, I felt flabby and fluffy, and my self-confidence was low. I realized that for my body frame I was considered overweight. I knew that I needed to make some changes. I was almost 46 at the time and I knew that losing the weight wasn't going to be easy at that age.

Working out is hard, but Debbie makes it fun and easy to fit in your schedule! She's also super flexible with personal sessions and you can text her questions about your diet to find alternatives to things you might be craving. I would definitely suggest Debbie and DBM Strength Training as a way to get your workout on!

I am one of Debbie's newer clients. I've never done strength training in my life, and at age 60 I decided to do something about it. Debbie's approach is perfect.... she doesn't let me loaf or slack off, and she doesn't give me anything I can't handle. I feel myself getting stronger and more fit every week, and it is gratifying to see the progress. She keeps me on tracking and moving forward, and she also helps coach me on diet and nutrition. I highly recommend her!

I've been training with Debbie for six years! I have never felt better or stronger but Debbie is always looking to help me continually improve! The training is easy to fit in my busy schedule too. 12/2016 Bone density scan has recently come back with significant improvement - proving that a strength training regimen is working for me! I have been working out with Debbie for almost two years. I have gained strength, look and feel better and have learned so much about what it takes to stay healthy. Admittedly, I'm a difficult student but Debbie has not given up - she is patient, consistent, firm and kind. And all it takes is two 1/2 house sessions per week. Best thing I've ever done for myself!
