Salon 54 & Spa

I had a 10:30 appointment today and made it while here last Sunday while getting my nails done. I arrived to see Kim doing someone else's color. I spoke to the Manager and said I was booked as a walk-in. Did not honor my appointment. They lost a customer. The business is very disorganized!!

I gotten my nails done here and I did like the nails but I had gotten teased over my hands and natural nails. Really bad experience, it was my first time getting my nails done.

I had the best deluxe pedicure. My stylist took her time. I was so relaxed.

Decided to try because of location. Made an appt with carol ann for wash & blow dry 2 weeks in advance. Arrived on time, day of my appt and after a few awkward moments was advised carol ann didn’t show up …so someone else would do my shampoo & blow dry. When I originally made my appt two weeks prior, IN PERSON (I was there getting a manicure), I met carol ann who advised Wednesday there was a $30 wash & blow dry “special” The conversation with her is specifically why I made the appt for a Wednesday, two weeks later, prior to my travel plans. I’ve been going to salon 54 for over 20 years and I highly recommend it. I’m a nurse and so cleanliness is of the upmost importance this facility is the cleanest place I have ever gone to get my nails done and I have gotten my nails done all over the world I no longer go to any other place but Salon 54! I have never had a bad service ever! I highly recommend all their services!! You won’t find better not even at the Ritz, the breakers or PGA spas!

After I had a dip manicure, I asked if any one could curl my hair no shampoo or blow dry. Just beach waves on clean dry hair. It took 15 minutes.I have short hair. They charged me 35.00.( This services is not on their pricing menu) That is a gross over charge for the service I had. The women who did my hair didn't even know how to use a curling iron and my curls were gone by the time I reached the car.( not sure if she was even licensed to do hair.) My nails look FABULOUS. My nail tech Yen is the sweetest lady and she made my nails sparkle. I def love coming to this nail salon when I need a pick me up! I highly recommend this salon and highly recommend getting your nails prettied up by Yen :) thanks!!

Kim has been cutting my hair for years, and I would follow her anywhere. This salon is clean, and has been observing safety protocalls to make everyone feel comfortable. The scheduling is simple, and convenient. I highly recommend Salon 54 and especially Kim! 😊💇‍♀️

For past 5 years, going to this beautiful salon for pedicures and nails. Stopped going because no English spoken by workers. This week, I decided to try again for a deluxe pedicure by Bella. Excellent service and the atmosphere was professionally run and inviting. A great experience beginning to end!

Caught an extremely painful infection from a pedicure at Salon 54 Had to have my entire toenail removed and take strong antibiotics. The salon uses some of the same pedicure tools over and over on people, and repeatedly use the same polish spreading infections and fungus. The receptionist was nasty and defensive when I tried to explain to her what happened. I left two messages for the owner to call me, he ( Huey) will not call me back. Do not go here!! Haven't been here in years but thought I would try it out again because it is in the same plaza I work in. I went after work and had a very nice experience. Hand sanitizer before you can walk in, they take your temperature and ask you to wash hands again. Very clean. They are charging $3 per service due to COVID-19 and cleaning supplies I suppose.

My daughter went into the salon to ask about hair coloring. They woman she spoke to just told her that she didn't think she could do it and "how expensive it would be!" After asking how much it would cost, my daughter received an answer "oh it would be very expensive!"

How terrible of customer service and did they think my daughter could not afford their services. I will never have anyone from my family go to this salon and am shocked at the low level of customer service.

Never come here. I had the worst experience. It's horrible designed, very crowded and dirty. Rude workers and poor management.

I went for a dip manicure and $$$$$$ later..
My nails are uneven. I have bumps and edges not filed. Looks like air pockets on some nails.
I had a dinner engagement and even my friend said " wow what's up with your nails" really embarrassed.
I hate to complain but while I was at the salon today I was close enough to the checkout desk and I heard someone calling to complain about a manicure and a pedicure and they did not like. The salon owner and the girl at the counter started talking in a different language which I'm guessing was Vietnamese. I do not understand Vietnamese

The girl did an amazing job beautiful blowout and curls the problem was when I checked out, they charged me 75$, I was completely shocked, way over priced!!!
I don't pay that much in NYC, won't go there again!!
The girl wrote 65 but the owner changed it to 75$, disgusting!!!

I came here the other night to get my nails done. It was 7:10 when I arrived and they close at 8pm. Being that this is the week before Christmas, I assumed they would have been adequately staffed for customers. However, the guy who I assume is the owner was extremely rude, looked at the clock when I came in, and made me wait ten minutes before telling me that they close at eight and if I could come back tomorrow. Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and they did not listen to a single word I said as far as what I wanted. Total disappointment after spending over $100

I like it here after trying several spots in the area. My appointments are always honored, everyone is very nice, clean and professional. I'm happy to see Yen every 2 weeks.

My favorite place - they always have the newest polish colors, very clean, friendly, accommodating, and convenient location.

Everybody who has helped me in the past has been amazing but my highest recommendation is to see Andy for mani-pedis. He's funny, kind and friendly, but most of all a perfectionist when it comes to his work so he is very efficient.

Vinny is amazing. He is definitely my go to nail man. It took me a long time to find someone after my nail lady moved to Port St. Lucie and I got sick of driving there to get my nails done. The salon always looks clean they have a great selection of nexgen nail colors. My nails are always smooth and straight with vinny- sadly that's hard to find anymore!

I was a regular at this salon and wrote them off a few years ago after being insulted by management for leaving a 20% tip and literally yelled at while I was leaving. I decided to go back today and give them another chance. The gal that did my nails did a great job but once again an AWFUL experience with management. Their CC system was down and I only had enough cash for tip, the manager was beyond rude and treated me and the woman behind me in the same position like garbage for not having more cash on us. Since March of this year I have been going to this nail salon and had my nails service with Hannah. I have been highly satisfied, except for two misshapes. This past week I wanted the powered nail. I was told I had to use another nail technician besides Hannah. That person had no idea what they were doing. Had my nails done this past Thursday, my nails polish started peeling on Friday, came in on Saturday to correct it, and back again today because of several nails peeling off. I requested Hannah to correct the mistake and was planning to give her a big tip to do it. THE MANAGEMENT CHARGED
