Our founders, Dr. Dana Shanis and Catherine McGinty, met working in women's health and noticed a deficit in the diagnosis and treatment of common pelvic and sexual concerns. Services
Catherine DeBow McGinty is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with speciality training in female sexual and pelvic floor medicine. She received her nursing degree at Villanova University and her Master of Science in Nursing at George Mason University.
She started her nursing career as a Navy Nurse, providing orthopedic, surgical and emergency care in San Diego and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and did one deployment in Kuwait supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.After graduate school, she worked at CVS MinuteClinic and then Rittenhouse Women's Wellness Center.

Our office is located in the Rebalance Physical Therapy office at 319 Price Ave, Narberth, PA 19072. Aesthetics patients can also be seen at the Crown Jewel Esthetics at 255 S. 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. In order to give you the adequate time and attention you need, we do not accept insurance.

I have always been athletic, participating at a young age in dance classes, ballet, acrobatics, cheerleading, track, cross country, continuing running into adulthood. After I quit smoking 9 years ago, I turned to running as a way to deal with stress. In my job profession, I felt the impact of daily stress, eventually turning to excessive running to manage it. Dr. Dana Shanis is INCREDIBLE. She helped make me feel confident with my face & skin. This was my first time receiving injections, so I was a bit nervous. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and explained the injection process the whole way through. I felt so comfortable with her.
