Incontrolable the rats we do everything and the rats come again and again it’s posible that they need to demolish the place for that reason I don’t know is this is normal in worcester but sincerely I live here for 10 years and this is the worst year with this plague and also the administration and maintenance they don’t show or you need to do like 5 or 6 calls before they going to your apartment really I thank because I have a place to reside but is terrible living in this conditions

Plumley Village’s Management Office has not token any of my concerns or complaints seriously. I have addressed these issues multiple times by verbally speaking with someone at the management office and by calling as well. If nothing is going to be dealt with the issues I am having at Plumley Village then I will have to proceed and take this matter into court. I hope that there is a way to contact someone else to take care of these issues I am still currently having. Thank you.

This Pantry should be shut down one thing I can say is if u are Puerto Rican u get Special treatment u don’t have to wait in line and can pick out whatever u want while the idiot behind the desk hooks the blacks up w the no name meat and snacks for they family after we are left to sit and watch u hook ur people up while they back there speaking they language laughing and caring on like they are not at a place of business I will never look for help again at this food pantry

The worst place to live in by far. My mother lives there and it's filled with drug dealers, people who smoke incessantly and throw trash all over the premises. Also, it has been the scene of many stabbings and shootings. The management does nothing to help you when you complain of these things. Whatever your financial situation is do not move to Plumley Village. You will either die of secondhand smoke or end up getting in an argument with the trashy people who live in the buildings.
