Courthouse Lofts

I was moving from out of state and Carmen made the entire process fast and seamless. She and her staff (shout-out to Andrea!) are absolutely wonderful - super patient in answering all of my questions, extremely helpful with the move-in process, and beyond professional. I have lived all over the country and even abroad, and Courthouse Lofts was by far the easiest move to deal with - again, thanks to Carmen! The maintenance staff is also wonderful, and the building is super clean and well-maintained. I cannot sing praises for CHL enough!

Carmen is the best! My previous lease was ending Sept. 1, 2021 and she assured me that I was able to move in by then. There was issues on the application on my part but Carmen was responsive and walked me though the application process. They are in the process of renovating and remodeling so please be patient with the team here. I was able to move in on on time and its been a month here. Facility is clean and well maintained.

I have been living in the apartment for 4 months now. I really love it. The apartment manager, Carmen, is the best and she is always ready to help with anything. Starting from the day of my application, she helped me guide through the process very patiently. I would give her 6 stars.

We have been patiently waiting for this place to be ready. The gym, kids room, game room, maker space and club room are super nice, great for family. The staff we meet, Carmen and Karolyna, both are very nice and helpful.

I called to ask if I could come to the property in person to receive an application. When I arrived I was at the wrong entrance, Karolyna had no problem assisting me in finding the right entrance. She was super patient and kind.

My experience with the courthouse lofts has been nothing but exceptional. The staff (Carmen & Karolyna) have accommodated my every request. The space is in its final stages of completion but it feels as if it’s already complete! Great building, awesome customer service! Best of luck leasing the building.

Leasing department does not follow up with prospective tenants as other reviews have mentioned. I scheduled a tour with Vanessa on the phone but they failed to meet with me on the scheduled day. She emailed me that someone would soon confirm a date for another tour but no one did. I called them several times and no one else knew about this situation or offered assistance. Finally spoke with Vanessa again who now had an attitude and told me that it's not her job to follow back up on tours, I needed to wait for an agent to reach out to me. No apologies or offers to assist with communication. What

Since November 15 I have been trying to get an someone to either give full details about the rentals or ANY information. When I finally spoke to the PROPERTY MGR Carmen in December she sent me an application. I filled it out and was on a WAITLIST. I called again in January and she said they only had market rent rentals for 2 2 and they would be available for March. She told me to call back the first week of February to submit an app. I did that and someone else said they NOW HAVE no more units. TRASH

These apartment units are beautiful. The appliances are high-end. Each unit has character. Construction during the pandemic delayed the project, but it is worth the wait. Management is helpful and kind.

Wow called to get more info on 2/24/21 and the little girl on the phone was TERRIBLE. She had an attitude within 40 seconds of the convo just asking about annual income. I gave an estimate of my income and apparently it’s too high..probably doesn’t know what estimate even means. She began giving me an attitude when I explained it to her. Finally I told her to LOSE THE ATTITUDE and she hung up. Great customer service...... Good luck renting out with someone like that picking up your phones. Fire her ASAP.
