I loved living here, the only bad thing I can say it wasn't long enough!! I only moved because my mother in law got sick and we had to take care of her. A secure lot to park in. A security guard at the door wed-sat (busy nights for bar hoppers)
This Loft was sooo quiet we never once heard our neighbors next door and they had a brand new baby!
Wish they still had rentals, but as we expected every unit has been sold.

Very disappointed with Canal Lofts. I've tried calling 7 or 8 times and have also sent various emails and no one has ever returned my calls. We were really interested in Canal Lofts and it was our first choice to live there, however, no one is interested in calling us back or answering the phones during their ridiculous office hours and therefore we will not move there. Shame on them. They said they are open 9AM - 5PM however, I've tried calling at 10AM, 12PM, 2PM and 3PM and no one has ever answered. I wish I could say I reviewed the property but sadly I cannot. I tried to contact them 4 times within a week to go look at a unit I wanted to rent. I called within their hours (which are ridiculous: Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9-4) I left 4 messages and no one ever got back to me. The people that answer their answering service are not in this state nor do they know anything about the apartments. They are purely their to just take messages. I wanted to rent here but after this, I think I'll pass. If it's this hard to get a hold of them to rent and give them money, I can only imagine

This place is impossible to get in touch with! I called and left several messages for Kaitlin the property manager. The answering service they hire couldn't find her either. Finally called the headquarters, they were rude and said for me to keep trying (are you serious!). If a prospective client can't reach them, I'm sure current clients can expect the same non-existent service. Never lease from a place that doesn't call back... I'm telling you from experience!

IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of!!! The building exists, I've checked, but the property manager appears to have fallen off the face of the earth! My partner and I have been trying to get a hold of this place for the past week. We have left several messages with their answering service and have learned that Caitlyn is the property manager. She "works" 9-4 mon-wed and 9-3 on Friday, but that doesn't mean that you can reach her during those times, it also doesn't mean that she will check her messages and get back to you.
