Watkins Brewery Vacation Rentals is the next move in development of the shoreline along the south end of Seneca Lake in the heart of Watkins Glen, NY. Watkins Brewery LLC purchased the abondoned Brewery Building which has housed several businesses including a couple of different breweries, a Frozen Meat Locker, a mill that shipped its product by nearby rail and barge, and was a site owned by Welch's Grape Juice.
Abandoned portions of the structure have been demolished and new construction is underway for vacation rentals. There is a lot of Watkins Glen heritage asssociated with the building and Watkins Brewery, LLC is proud to preserve it. The name of the holding company, Watkins Brewery, reflects the building's history, the new building will house seven vacation rentals not a brewery.

The Watkins Brewery Vacation rentals project is the renovation of a building that has adorned the South tip of Seneca Lake in Watkins Glen, NY, for many years. The building is being turned into seven townhomes which will be rented weekly. This is a new business for the building as in its previous life has been a Brewery, Food Mill, Frozen Food Locker, housed Welch's Grape Juice, storage and various other operations.

My girlfriends and i just visited for a long weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or rental! Our condo was so beautiful, very clean, and spacious for the 5 of us! There are multiple flights of stairs for those where steps may be an issue but the condo itself is new and beautiful! The owners Dan and Anne were so sweet and nice and beyond accommodating! They have built a beautiful fire pit area for their guests to sit by the lake ! Would 100% recommend and the views will not disappoint! Restaurants close enough to walk to as well!

Great Location, Excellent View, Clean and Spacious Accommodations
Pros:
- Great view from the balcony, especially for the sunrise
- Newly renovated town-home provides lots of space
- Easy walking distance to great restaurants and the Watkins Glen State Park
- Easy driving distance to the Seneca Lake wine trail
Cons:
- The two full baths are both on the second level whereas the third level and the loft is left with only a single half bath, makes for a bit of a trek to take a shower for the people staying upstairs
- Almost everything was provided in the kitchen, except for a water kettle
