Rustic Log Cabins
When visiting the Seneca Lake area of the Finger Lakes region, nature lovers, race enthusiasts, wine and beer lovers, and vacationers alike will discover authentic charm in one of a kind log cabins. Originally built in the 1920's for early visitors, the Rustic Log Cabins are one of the oldest lodging establishments in the area.

All four of our cabins have a great farmers porch on which to relax and enjoy your favorite local wine or beer and watch gorgeous sunsets over Seneca Lake. Afterwards sit by your own fire pit and enjoy a quiet and starry evening - a feature of cabin life that our guests tell us brings them back year after year.

I drove 3.5 hours for a two night stay in the Oasis cabin and was not disappointed. I’m a recently divorced mom of two toddler boys who needed a couple of nights to relax and rest up. I booked this cabin on a whim because it sounded like the perfect place to hide away. The cabin was so cozy and the fireplace and bathtub were perfect. The sound of the brook at night was so relaxing and the bed was really comfortable. I was able to get the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. These cabins are secluded just enough to feel off the grid but are still only 10 minutes from Franconia with a coffee shop

Perfect! Everything from check in to check out is very simple. Bring your cooler with food, coffee, spices,
drinks etc ...you have everything basic needed for kitchen and bathroom. This is very rustic so dont be one of "those " people who are picky! Its very clean
.... you won't get this environment at an Inn or hotel. You have your own place and privacy. If you need anything extra like soap or toilet paper.. they will provide it. There is always staff on the grounds to help. Enjoy the fire on the brook..very relaxing!!! Bring games and a lap top to watch a movie at night. Open the windows while

I just arranged for my sister to spend a few days here. The owner is a very sweet lady. How I wish I still lived in New Hampshire, but the drive from California is a bit much.
We have lived all over the nation, and even overseas, and I know of no more magical, restful venue than Rustic Log Cabins. We pastored a new church, had no money, and saved it up for a couple days at Thanksgiving time - the highlight of our year. The log cabin, the Franklin stove (at that time), the brook babbling softly, just melted the stress away. My mother called me 'an incurable romantic' ( I hope so! I've seen the

Absolutely magical! We wanted an escape for a couple days to relax and unwind, and this was the perfect place to do that. The cabins are super clean and extremely cozy and welcoming, with a huge comfy bed, full kitchen, and jacuzzi. Wood and kindling is available for the beautiful private indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The front porch overlooking the brook and the beautiful property was so serene and relaxing. We can't wait to come back!!

Have a back up plan. Drove up for a birthday weekend and arrived around 8:30 PM. We were told there was to be a bag waiting and there was, but no key. Called and got the voicemail. We waited about 30 minutes and left. Got a call around 9:30 from owners that it was a mistake and someone would be there. No apology. Nothing. We were already so disappointed and upset we were heading home and had called around to other area hotels. The owners response well you could have waited. He actually blamed us for the mistake. Like we were supposed to just sit in the car and hope someone checked messages. That

Beautiful place to getaway and enjoy nature! Cabin was cozy and perfect for two! Fire pit along side the babbling brook was for sure the icing on the cake! A perfect place for couples to getaway for peace and quite not sure if this is the best for a family trip with small kids though.

This place took my breath away upon walking in. It was gorgeous!! Everything was so clean! You could hear the stream out back. Its absolutely beautiful!!!! The only reason I gave this place a 4 instead of a 5 is because I felt they should have had atleast one more box of matches. They only had one..Unless there was some more hiding somewhere..But that's NOTHING!!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!! This is my new favorite place and the owner was so nice!!!

My wife and I stayed here this weekend and absolutely loved it. As bad luck would have it, we got snowed in at the bottom of Sugar Hill and had to abandon our 2 wheel drive car 7 miles away, as there was no way of getting up to the cabins and we had to hitch a ride up. The owner of the cabins was amazing and actually gave us a ride back to the car the following morning! Not only that, but our cabin ("Escape") was super cozy and we had an amazing time and have already been telling all of our friends that they need to visit. 5/5, can't recommend enough.

This place is awesome. We stayed at the Fireside Cabin for a romantic getaway. The check in process was fast and easy and we were greeted by the owner. We were given a complimentary bundle of fire wood in order to be able to enjoy a cozy fire inside the cabin. The cabin itself was very cute and the jacuzzi was a plus. We were able to see the brook fro outside our porch. Overall an excellent place for a romantic getaway or just wanting to escape the every hustle of life. Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at these cabins!

My group of 15 enjoyed their stay at the Rustic Log Cabins. We rented out all four of the cabins, which meant we did not have to share the bathrooms with other groups and we were able to be a little louder than what you would expect at a state park camping grounds.

I brought my dog on the wine tour and she had a blast as well. The cabins were pet friendly, and Jackie was so kind, telling me to be careful around the road (route 414) because a lot of people speed/whip right by.

Cabins: The cabins were very quaint. My group went camping at a

Should be two stars - but service (Jackie!) gives it an extra star. Here's what you're getting at the Rustic Log Cabins on the Leidenfrost Vineyard:

- Beautiful views of the lake (not sure if you can get to the lake from the cabins, we accessed the lake through a friend's house on the water.)
- Peaceful
- A one minute walk to the Liedenfrost Winery (it's literally right next door)
- Your own private cabin with a fridge, two beds (our's had one single and one queen), dressers, table, chairs, porch with rocking chairs, and a picnic table.
- Communal bathroom - like at a
