Dr. Primus is an experienced Orthopedic surgeon. He showed so much compassion to my Mother. He called her after her surgery and several other times during her recovery . I recommend him without reservation. If you want a physician who listens to you, who is surgically competent, who is compassionate . He is your Doctor!

Horrible service...repaired my left pec by using wires instead of tendons to reattach the muscle. Even when I expressed concern about the way the area felt and looked after surgery along with my lack of strength in the area...my concerns were dismissed and I was released from care. Several years later. It’s still not right.

Horrible service the 2 ladies in front are very in professional.. one was playing her phone as I was asking her questions and she laughing. Don’t know if she was laughing at me or her Facebook page. The other lady was just lost in everything. Also when asking questions and she didn’t know the answers and would have to ask the other girl who made her wait. Once you get passed them 2 idiots everyone else seems to know what they are doing

Dr. DeBartolo was helpful in healing my tendinosis, though less so with my spouse's more complex Achilles tendon issues,. The charges, however, approach the incredible. The bill for ONE consultation totaled over $1500. There was a $671 'consultation' charge and a $118 heel pad (the sort of thing you can buy at Walgreens for $10, among other egregious overcharges. Moreover, it took a year to receive a bill. Go to Reed Orthopedics for truly comprehensive care for orthopedic issues and at a more reasonable cost.
