Kay Oso, M.D. received his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University teaching Hospital in Nigeria. We take great pride in our role as the primary care provider for our patients, helping our patients and their families better understand their conditions. We are conveniently located right off I-285 near Atlanta/Hartsfield International Airport, I-20 and I-85.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Came in with terrible, sciatica back pain. I had had a previous diagnosis from a past doctor and a recent visit to the urgent care (with documentation in hand) but Dr. Oso insisted on running tests on everything except my back. Of course none of these tests could be run in his office so I had to make a secondary appointment at another facility that wasn't covered by my insurance but per Dr. Oso, "this is the only facility I trust to run these tests". Today was my first time ever coming to this office as a new patient and it has taken me months to find a primary physician. My appointment time was at 2:30 so I arrived 10 mins early to fill out paperwork. I kinda felt the vibe that the staff was a little rude but I brushed it off because I needed to see a primary physician. They brought me back into my assigned room by 2:45 and took my vitals, then another nurse came in to do blood work by from that point I was sitting in the doctors office for about 2 hours and it was cutting close to pick up my kids once 4:45 hit I was of course started wondering

My Mother has been loyal to this practice for 25 years..she and my step father. My Mother had an appointment today arrived 15 minutes early and was waiting 1 hour 10 minutes after her scheduled appointment; mind you she is 76 and disabled. I walked into the office and my Mother was still in the waiting area; I asked the front desk clerk..what is going on? She shook her head and nodded...I was upset because of how my Mother was obviously disregarded by Dr. Oso and his front desk staff. In a blink of an eye a person walks out and states to my Mother and I...Dr. Oso will call in enough pills to hold

If I could, I would give him a zero. My last two visits I waited over an hour to be seen with a scheduled appointment. I know things come up and that is fine, but I scheduled an 8:30 a.m. appointment for a reason. I do not plan on having to wait at a doctor's office for over an hour for a booster shot. The reason I am writing this review is because when I asked for my co-pay back, he informed the receptionist to make sure I never return. I just took my mother to this "club"...(R&B music so loud that you could hardly concentrate and God forbid if you're ACTUALLY not feeling well- the loudness would make you feel worse!). So/ my mother is 72 yo and POST-STROKE and it took FOREVER to get this appointment- stay with me...this is important. Given the current KNOWN COVID situation, we wore our protective masks, as generally there can actually be SICK people (flu, colds, etc) waiting in the waiting area. As my mom is completing the paperwork, the front desk lady calls us up and says: DR OSO would like for you to reschedule

I've been a patient for nearly 20 years and the quality of customer service and care has been consistent. The entire staff is professional and caring. The Kay Oso is a phenomenal doctor who is respectful, patient and knowledgeable. He makes you feel like you are his only patient during office visits while he listens and addresses all patient concerns. He comes into the room prepared to discuss your case analysis. He is attentive and encouraging. I highly recommend this office for your medical care.

I accompanied a friend for her doctors appointment with Dr. Oso after leaving the emergency room. She had visited Dr. Oso for over a year for the same condition. Over the course of this time, he recommended she see a specialist. She visited the specialist Dr. Oso recommended, but her condition had not improved.

Dr. Oso came highly recommended. I love this practice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Oso has a great demeanor and actually listened when I talked to him and asked questions.
