Truly exceptional service. We were unable to get to the USA due to the pandemic restrictions. Erica organized everything faultlessly and promptly despite a significant time zone difference. Do not use this title service if you're trying to avoid a delayed closing. Thanks to Erica Trueba's inability to make a simple phone call, my closing was unexpectedly postponed at the very last minute. However, she did email me the additional information needed 3 hours prior to my appointment and then again as my appointment was starting....?? A little more initiative and advanced notice by Erica could have avoided the situation. She never took responsibility for the delayed closing or offered an apology of any kind.
