The whole Cappa Team are wonderful to work with! As a buyer, I didn't get to choose who my title company was, but if given the choice, I would definitely use Cappa Title hands down! They are incredibly welcoming and help make the closing process simple and easy to understand. Any time I had a question, I called, and Jill & Michelle were able to help me right away. If you have the opportunity, definitely use them for all of your title needs!
