Finding and buying the ideal property can be a dream come true. I regularly recommend properties for viewing that closely match your needs and wants, and are within your price range. That spares you the frustration of visiting homes that aren't suitable.

Our home purchase find was a lengthy process. We had been referred to Tanya and made contact a couple months before arriving in NC area. She provided us good local knowledge of conditions and set our expectations realistically. With Covid impact it becomes a team effort scouting for possible properties and emphasis is on immediate response for the good ones. Tanya jumped through hoops if we notified of one we had found and she set up appointments within 24 hrs - which was critical. We really appreciated everything Tanya did for our family to buy our new home and sell our prior home.
