Julie helped us find the perfect horse farm in Pittsboro! Her experience and advice helped us submit a winning bid to get under contract in a very competitive market. Julie is a rock star! My husband and I were looking for a nearly move-in ready house with acreage at a reasonable price, can be a tall order in this market. At first, I wanted to take my time to look but Julie convinced us to hustle (and with good reason given the market!). We found our dream property in a nice area a little further out than originally intended but the price was very right! Julie is attentive and works with some fantastic contractors. If you use her realty services, take any contractor/mortgage broker recommendations she gives. She knows what she's doing! Just closed on our home

Julie was amazing during our entire experience and made it very clear our best interests were her best interests. Julie provided excellent personal service, from listing through closing. As we had already moved out of state at time of listing, Julie often went to our house prior to showings to ensure our house was in good order. She used data to determine her marketing platforms and generated high traffic in months that are typically slow for the housing market.
