Rick Smenner prices homes based on his "instinct" so low that they are bound to sell--especially during one of the biggest seller's markets in history (2021). Expect to receive no help from this low-life agent known as Rick Smenner. He actually compared this market with one years ago in which 25% of homes were VACANT AND NOT SELLING AT ALL!!! Rick Smenner is an idiot. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

I received a message from Rick asking me about a home that my parents had sold more than ten years ago and if we wanted to sell it. Personally, I couldn't ever imagine working with a real estate agent that seems to be referencing very outdated information and disconnected from reality. Also, calling people you don't know asking for them to sell their homes is just disrespectful of their time. I can only imagine the ridiculous prices and cuts he presents to his customers.
