I have always been passionate about nutrition and sports, and the connection between the two. So, I turned my passion into my profession. Today, I use my extensive knowledge and experience to help my clients reach their optimum level of health. Professional athlete for ten years as a part of the national Israeli track and field team. Since 2000, I have used my passion for sports and nutrition to help people attain optimum health. By sharing my knowledge and experience, I hope to help you find and achieve your best self. As a professional athlete with Israel's National Track & Field team, I competed for 10 years and earned five consecutive champion titles in the discus throw.
Answer: Before an endurance race, like triathlon, it is recommended to do 3 days of carbs loading. It does not mean you suppose to eat 6 huge pasta meals every day. You do need to increase your daily amount of carbs, but to make sure you spared them between your meals through the day. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

I have been doing obstacle races for the past year and a half and I was trying to look for something to help me to improve my results. Some of my friends told me nutrition is a big key to be able to run longer distances for long periods of time so I decided to look for help and I was so lucky to find Yael. Constant work and family didnt leave much time for myself and I have been gaining weight over the years. I have decided to make a change and doing that on your own without professional help is very difficult. I have been meeting with Yael now for more over a year and I am very happy with the results achieved. Yael is amazing !
she is so supportive and intuitive.
She is an endless source of knowledge , her wellness groups are very energetic, she knows how to make you feel very comfortable and gives you the feeling you can achieve anything you set your mind to .
I was commuting almost an hour for the weekly meetings and it was sooo worth it !

I first met Yael about a year ago. I run almost 60km per week, and I felt that this may be too much for my body. I felt legs' muscles fatigue after every regular walking or stepping bunch of stairs. I decided that I have to make a change.

I like Yael - she is very professional and also nice. her nutrition plan is very practical, because it doesn't require you to give up on the things you like to eat, just to change or modify some of the eating habits.

I first met Yael about 6 years ago, when she was my nutrition professor at my Group Fitness Instructor's course. Yael's passion for this field of practice got the entire class hocked in seconds. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly: she is human, and she understands we all are. Through the years I had several opportunities to go to different lectures given by Yael. She is always up-to-date and I always learn something new. I know Yael for about two years now.
I came to Yael for a private consultation session. I felt my nutrition was a bit off since I gave birth, I was trying to lose some weight and needed some guidance.
Yael is super professional, a great listener and what I liked best is that she would tailor the menu based on what you like or not. Others may tell you to eat things that you don't eat usually or cut things from your menu that you desire, but not Yael. She will work around the things you love, and build a personal diet based on that.

My goal is weight loss and maintain/gain lean muscle mass. A mysterious equation to break the code since when I work out I get a bigger appetite and the goal seems impossible to achieve.

I came to Yael because while I know about working out, calorie deficits and nutrition individually. I just didn't know enough about how they all work together and I was feeling frustrated, deprived and results were no where in sight.
