Nutritional Therapy works to identify any deficiencies or imbalances that may be keeping you from optimal health.

After years of studying the human body, I believe that true health starts from within, namely through digestion. It turns out, we really are what we eat. My journey to understanding this process began while working with traumatic head injury patients during my undergraduate work at the University of California, Irvine.
The low-fat diet, that has been recommended to us over the past several decades, is very likely making us fatter and causing disease. While dietary fat intake has declined over the years in the US, total calorie intake has risen and as a result, the prevalence of obesity and type 2 diabetes has grown dramatically.
